I've stayed there a few times. The first time they messed up my reservations and my sister-in-law had to sleep on the window seal because the man wouldn't not bend or do anything to help us. We were going to go a head and pay the difference for the other bed we were supposed to have in the first place but the man wouldn't allow us to being that we used the restroom. So we asked them to bring blankets and a pillow which was never brought to us We had to go down and get them ourselves. The second time another man was working and he was more than helpful excellent customer service this man had integrity and respect. The last time I stayed once again the man from my 1st stay was there and once again the worst customer service I have ever had in my 38 years. I have never felt so disrespected or belittled by someone in my entire life. Everything is a chore for him he lacks self respect, integrity, respect towards others, and empathy. I really hope after reading this that people spend the extra $10 to stay across the street at the Super 8 or the gas to go a little further down to the other Motel 6.

Stayed here several different time's... To pricey for the accommodations... Coffee nasty... Some of the staff rude!!! 3rd floor is called party floor due to all the drug's an noise.  Checked in 1 night around 11:00pm went to room son was so tired an myself put him in bed... Went to bathroom an toilet was nasty. Went down to front desk an reported it an all they would offer is a plunger. Unclogged toilet returned plunger. Left early that morning!!! So if you stay here don't expect much from this place...

Actually one of the nicer motel 6 facilities I have seen. Above average service adds to the location. 4 Stars is as far a I go for motel 6

This is definitely one of the nicer Motel 6s I've been to. The room had a little sofa/living area and am kitchenette. The room was clean (not spotless), and all of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. Certainly an excellent value for the price.

This location is perfect for attending the Balloon Fiesta.  An added bonus is finding a Santa Fe Rail Runner train depot right across the highway.  Be advised that all rooms do not have refrigerators and/or microwave ovens, so if you need those items, let the staff know when you book your reservation.  Nothing fancy here - just the basics, but I like that.  I'd rather spend my money on seeing the many beautiful sights and on gifts for my friends.  Coffee and tea only in the lobby in the mornings and friendly, understanding staff.  Will go back next year.
