Great value, I typically stay here when I am in Albuquerque. Near the interstate and close to a good BBQ restaurant and Whole Foods. I usually ask for an upstairs room because they are quieter. 

Rooms are clean and the kitchenette is nice. I pick up supper and breakfast food at Whole Foods, cook and dine in, saving additional money. 

Sometimes has interesting/noisy people but hey it's a 50 buck room. Management takes care of issues promptly. 

I don't expect perfection here; great value just the same.

The bang for your buck factor is substantial. We booked through priceline and got a great rate. But a great price on a hotel is only a good deal if the experience matches the star rating. I used to be a regular extended stay America guest but many of their regular creature comforts gave way as their clientele declined. Who wants to schlep a big plastic box of dishes to their room? This hotel still offers the services that I used to enjoy at their competitor. Dishes were clean and In the kitchen area, the room was clean and the associate at the desk made us feel welcomed and explained everything thoroughly. Considering the usual goings-on at most inexpensive motels near the interstate in Albuquerque, this somehow holds it together and is well worth it for the rate that is usually discounted on third party sites

I was surprised that the cost for a weeknight stay at the Suburban and the Motel 6 which was 2 doors down were the same rate. Definitely going to be staying at the Suburban in the future instead of motel 6. Rooms were clean and a good size with a kitchenette.

The rooms were of expected quality. Not too shabby. There was a kitchen in the room and everything was clean and in order. There wasn't a safe or a closet but there were cabinets. In one of the rooms my family stayed in had a leaky sink and the doors were a bit difficult to open. Parking was tight. The location is convenient. There's a Walmart nearby and several restaurants. The rooms have controllable heating and ac. The beds we're pretty comfortable. All around I'd say it was on the better side of mediocre.

It is a nice place to stay, quiet, clean and comfortable. You will feel at home. I indeed recommend anyone to stay here.
