I can’t say that I’m happy with them right now.  I booked a facial for my daughter and me as a birthday gift to her.  When we arrived they couldn’t find her appointment.  I was looking forward to this - she was turning 17 and I don’t get the opportunity to connect with her often.  They offered her a free add on service and $40 toward another visit, which was very generous, but it doesn’t really get me what I had hoped for.  The chance to do something with her on her birthday that was memorable.

Always have a wonderful experience here. By far the best people and wonderful atmosphere. I would recommend anyone who hasn't been to go.

If I could give no stars, I would and I didn't even get in the front door!  I was planning my friend's bachelorette party that was in June.  I emailed this place back in March to reserve space for 5 people at 3PM because I knew I couldn't wait until the last minute.  I had several conversations back and forth.  They were going to see if they could get enough people and let me know.  I never heard back.  I emailed them a few weeks before the party and was told that I somehow slipped through the cracks.   I was told that they could do it but it had to be at 2PM and not 3PM.  We were planning a day trip to do some shopping so 3PM was the earliest we could do it.  I feel that good customer service since I was forgotten about would have been to make it work but apparently they didn't want our business.

although I did not keep my appointment due to a change in schedule. this place was very comfortable and Ashley at the desk was such a beautiful polite lady and tried to help me the best she could. I will check them out if my daughter goes to school in that area.
