Very pleasant, relaxing experience. I was hesitant on spending more than I usually do on a pedicure, but it was the best pedicure I've ever had and the atmosphere, and technicians were very friendly and fun. I will be back.

The nail technicians, especially Tina are amazing! Don't expect for your feet to be massaged even when you pay $85 for an hour massage. The hair stylist did a great job on my color but the style and feel of my hair is horrible. I'm sick at my stomach right now knowing I paid $400 today.

Beautiful clean place but customer service sucked!! I'm rating this salon a one star because of the treatment I received today. Not only was I charged an arm and a leg, but the staff's attitude left me upset the whole afternoon! It was as if they were doing me a favor for providing a service. Lynn started by asking me if I want to to hear pricing. She had such an attitude which really threw me off in the first place. She went on and on telling me the extra charges such as $10 if I want to keep the coffin shape and $5 to cut down the nails etc.. which came to $65. Who charges for a cut down and shape??? Isn't that that part of the service??? I was so shocked and couldn't understand the reasoning behind the extra charges - all I wanted was to transition from acrylic to gel with a clear polish. After a back-and-forth I realized it was changing into a confrontation. The tipping point was when she put in brand new nails and cut them so short without consulting with me. Also pinky nail bled when she filed my nails - I am still unsure why I endured such a behavior instead of walking out. Total came to $86 (which included a pedi). I didn't leave a tip which was so unlike me but I couldn't reward such a behavior. It was a totall disappointment. I will never go back to this place.

Awefuly short Massage and not that great either. Paid for 90 minutes , therapist said she was finished at 60 minutes. I get up, put on robe, she comes back saying front desk made mistake telling her 60 minutes. She wants me to get back on table, relax AGAIN, and then asks me what do I want her to do now... Really? Shouldn't be that hard to confirm what the schedule is before starting the massage. Neck and upper back sore from inexperienced massage therapist. Won't go back to this place.

I really wanted to love this place. Great atmosphere, great nail technicians but the prices are through the roof! I've never been to a nail salon that charges you a "nail cut down" that wasn't part of the refill. And then a design which is literally only glitter on the top half of your nail...had I known that the "design" was $5 extra, I would've denied it. $5 here, $5 there and then you end up paying $65!!! I normally pay $45 or $50 max for a gel refill!! If money is no issue to you go there because nail technician Stephanie is absolutely fantastic, but save yourself $20 and go somewhere else because, before you know it, you'll be charged an extra $10-$20. Also, tell your customer HOW MUCH it all is BEFORE you swipe their credit card so they can at least get a break down of what you're charging!
