I have returned to spa world five times in the past two months. Twice in the morning twice at night and once mid day. I love the getting the massages and relaxing In the common area. I do recommend however, if you plan to really relax and take time to yourself to go early (and I do mean early like 4-5am) or later into the evening (6pm-8pm) so you take your time and really decompress. The pools and common area will be much calmer and quiet so I find it's perfect at night. Overall I love visiting and I can't recommend it enough.

Spa World is an amazing place to visit, especially when the temperature outside is freezing or below freezing. Because once inside you have so many wonderful choices to choose from, like the nice hot steam room, or a soak in one of the hot tubs, or just relax in one of the salt or mineral rooms, they even have a ice room if you need to cool off after your workout then go for a pleasurable swim in their large pool. Great place to leave your stress behind.

I always love it here. No pressure to leave early. I begin with a workout, then shower, lunch then enjoy the bade pools for a few hours before my full body scrub. This is so good for total health. I try to go at least 2x a year.

Great place to relax. You can spend at least 8 hours here without a problem. My suggestion is if you can, go in the middle of the week when the kids are in school. On the weekends you will will see more families The pool area is segregated. So ladies don't be ashamed to take it all off. They're all different types of figures and there's definitely no judging. I would recommend you sign up for the body scrub at the pool. The Korean tradition is very open-minded and believe me they will scrub everything. However, your skin feels amazing afterwards. The pool is amazing and you can relax throughout the different massages and saunas. I recommend you bring a book for in between the different rooms. I recommend The Salt Room to start and each room has their healing power. From amethyst to Clay balls, charcoal there is something for everyone when it comes to the natural healing powers of the Earth The Korean restaurant might be a little bit pricey but it is the only place to eat. I still recommended, the portions are big and taste really good. The lounge area is very nice to relax tween all of the rooms. You will not hear music. However the sound of water flowing in the background is perfect when you're laying there and relaxing. If you know nothing about Korean spas, then I would be open-minded to try something that is amazingly relaxing.

This place is amazing! Great service. I enjoyed the variety of the different sauna rooms. The bathing pool is like the cherry on top after a great day. The many different forms of the jets massaging your back and legs really does wonders.
