This was one of the best massages I've had. It was way more relaxing than other places I've been to. Jackie was amazing and the atmosphere was lovely. Everything was spot-on and I can't wait to go back!

This salon is wonderful!! From the gentleman at the front desk who called me to set up the appointment after my online inquiry and then got me checked in, to the girl who got me checked me out and gave me details on their membership program, everyone was super nice. My massage was with Ashley, and she was amazing!!! I've had several massages over the years (never consistently or with the same person multiple times) and I've cringed from too much pressure or been frustrated with not enough pressure in the past, and I don't always speak up (my fault, I know), but Ashley's firmness was PERFECT the whole time. She found knots I didn't know about, fixed what I did know about, and there were actually several times throughout the massage I honestly thought there was another person in the room because it felt like there were 4 hands on my back (there were not, she's just magic). I had no intention of joining the membership program, and the girl didn't push at all, just offered it, and the whole experience was so great that I joined and now I'll be back every month (and then some)!! Highly recommend this spa!!!

I received a gift card for my birthday and was super happy to find Hand & Stone. The Carytown location is easy to access with lots of parking. The reception was very nice and the staff and clientele felt inclusive and diverse. The interior was dimly lit and looked like a good balance between spa and clinic -- cozy and clean. The massage therapist was professional and had several years of experience.

I found this establishment on a google search and was able to book an appointment that day.  Parking is great.  The therapist (Wes) was fantastic.  The front staff was informative about specials but not pushy.  Overall loved it.
