Scents of Serenity is Richmond VA's best kept secret! We are the areas only completely Organic Spa. We offer two beautiful locations. Our west end spa is located in an old farm house off of Mountain Road in the town of Old Glen Allen. We are tucked away from the hustle and bustle and provide the ultimate escape to each and every one of our clients. Our second location in Richmond is located at Libbie & Grove across from the Westhampton Theater. Scents of Serenity is the exclusive providers of Eminence Organic Skincare. You'll be extremely surprised by the look of the outside and the inside of this location. From the outside it doesn't really look like anything special but once you walk in it's apparent that they staff really enjoy what they do and where they work. Everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful and the massage was fantastic. This is a great place for wedding parties and pampering as well. Give them a shot you certainly won't be disappointed!

The staff is so friendly, products are awesome, decor is beautiful and the experience is always wonderful.  My favorite spa by far.  I've gone for massages and facials and always have a great experience.

I love this spa so much. The service is just fabulous.Tracy is so wonderful, not only does she give you an AMAZING facial, but she is very kind and teaches you how to take care of your skin properly!!

Scents of Serenity is the absolute best. I have recurring lower back problems and ever since my first appointment the staff has been conscious and attentive to that fact. The relief I have experienced after visits is lasting and they address any and all tension you may be feeling. To make things even better they have an incredibly welcoming and calming environment in their waiting area and in all their rooms. Their service is always always above my expectations.  I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Rude and unprofessional

My wife had been here before and liked the services. On her last appointment she called in advance to state that she was going to be a few minutes late. She was told that she made the appointment and that she could not be late for it. The lady was very patronizing and borderline rude. The least that they could have done is give her a massage a few minutes short, she was still paying full price. They made a big deal about it. Anyway, its their loss. Now that my wife is out of her pregnancy, she was looking to get spa appointments at least twice a month. They just lost a loyal customer.
