The massages and facials are a great value (I signed up early and I received a reduced rate each month). In addition, they let me freeze my account for three months to catch up on unused packages.

This was my first time at Hand & Stone Massage and unfortunately the bathroom was out of order. It was pretty uncomfortable not to be able to use the bathroom and they didn't make any arrengment to make it easily available if it was needed. It took me a long process and a rejection to use the bathroom of the restaurant in first floor. They didn't have the facial service available as well. When I finished the massage the receptionist asked me for a gratuity, but I was not feeling comfortable to give one because of the inconveniences. The massage was great as the people who provided the service, but when I expressed the concern about the bathroom the receptionist did not have the best approach and answer. Actually was kind of rude. I know they have the potential to give a good service but they need to be careful even in days when they are not well prepared to treat their clients with all the things they need.

Blown away by people's rudeness. I had STEVE, and he was excellent. Gave a fantastic massage and was so kind and professional. A person is NEVER to be knocked for a speech issue. Mean. Steve, thank you for a great experience.

Unfortunately I cannot rate their massage services because their customer service via telephone was so horrible that I couldn't even book an appointment. I called around 10am, only to be placed on hold for 8 min them someone reconnected the call them disconnected it. I tried calling back four times after being disconnected and received their voicemail each time. If the call volume is that high in the am, they may want to consider hiring additional staff to accommodate the volume.

Totally unprofessional and way too rough. Asked for a hot stone massage several times while making the appointment and not only did he forget, he was totally rude about it. If you're going there, don't get your massage from steve
