Pellman’s Automotive is a full service automotive repair facility, in every sense of the word. Since 1995, we have been performing auto service and repair on imported and domestic, cars, trucks, SUV’s, 4×4, hybrids and more in our hometown of Boulder, CO. I brought my Nissan into Pellman's when I had noticed several problems within the engine's performance. The primary problem involved a very subtle issue within the ignition system. I was very favorably impressed with the expertise of the staff at Pellman's in correctly diagnosing and repairing the original problem as well as identifying and fixing 2 other issues within the ignition system that definitely required immediate repair. I found the staff at Pellman's to be honest, and very competent. As a person who had recently moved to the Boulder, CO area, I was grateful to find an auto repair shop with staff who were trustworthy and competent. The competency of the staff at Pellman's has ensured that I will be taking my personal vehicle to them in the future as a loyal customer. My personal experience would also warrant that I would strongly recommend Pellman's to another person who wishes to deal with both competent and honest staff at an auto repair facility. I would personally like to thank the staff at Pellman's for their competency and professionalism.

Excellent service and friendly staff. I have never felt like they are trying to rip me off or add unnecessary services. Very quick, great communication, and they send detailed emails (with photos!) regarding your inspection with their recommendations. Taxi/shuttle service included and the driver is super friendly.

I recently switched to Pellman's for work on my Hyundai Sante Fe and I couldn't have been happier. The customer service was superb and they went above and beyond to help with a transmission fail that ultimate had to go through the dealership since it was under warranty. They also replaced my struts and did some general maintenance like an oil change. They fully communicated ever step of the necessary repairs and supplied a report on things to look for in the near future. Thank you Pellman's.

This is an auto shop unlike any other I have seen.   I am extremely happy with the service provided. All of the staff are very kind and knowledgeable.  They have an inviting office space which includes an area with toys for the children to play with as you wait. Also provided are courtesy shuttle service,  or a free bike for you to borrow while your vehicle is fixed.  So you can bike back to work,  or enjoy the nearby trails.  
Never have I ever been so pleased with an auto service.  Thank you so much Brad.

Nice people; the staff are willing to answer my stupid questions, and otherwise seem genuinely happy to work there. I strongly recommend Pellman's because they are local, independent, they do quality work, and they do not spam your inbox with random unrelated offers (I really appreciate this). 

In short, they respect their customers and are thorough in their repair work.
