Went up to Handy Toyota to look at a new vehicle. Tyler Jacques met us at the door, introduced himself , and we went through the process of purchasing a new truck. He was very patient with us as we looked for and found a truck that we had liked. We then met Reg Howard and he did a great job in processing through all the paper work needed. After that, Tyler finished up with us in explaining all the new options in our 2014 Toyota Tacoma and even offered to drive it home if we had troubles with the manual transmission as it had been awhile since driving one. Very pleasant experience; would highly recommend Handy Toyota. Thank you Tyler and Reg for the great service you provided us.

I just purchased a 2018 Tacoma from Jordan Kehaya at Handy Toyota. I previously took a test drive at one of their competitors and felt very uncomfortable. The Tacoma I wanted to test drive was in an auxiliary lot - despite the fact that I had made an appointment. I was also emphatic about the fact that I wanted a standard transmission, yet my sales rep continually tried to suggest I wanted an automatic. If felt akin to mind control! Couldn't have anything to do with the fact that they had 18 automatics on their main lot, could it? Ah yes, the hard sell. No thank you. Handy, by contrast, was very personable and perhaps most importantly, very patient. I could tell it mattered to Jordan that I got the very truck I desired - and he was prepared to accommodate some financial and logistical shuffles to make a deal happen. I ended up having a Tacoma transferred from another Toyota dealership in Rochester, NY and although it would take several days to complete the transfer, Jordan kept me apprised of their progress every step of the way. Tack on Handy's willingness to match another dealership's best offer and the Handy Care Plan (three years of FREE basic, no hassle maintenance) and I was sold! Kudos Handy - keep up the excellent work! I will have no problem recommending your dealership to friends and family in the future. And if they are good enough for MY family, perhaps they are good enough for YOURS!!!

I just bought a new Tacoma and they were all super helpful and straightforward. Videos were an especially nice touch. Best part, though, was when there was a little hiccup in the process and they bent over backwards to make it right. Highly recommended. Logan was great but everyone I dealt with — Kyle, Jaime — was a pleasure to deal with.

This was my second experience with Toyota and I'm glad that I went back to them. they are always friendly and helpful. They work with you to get the best possible price on the car you want! Frank Mulcahy was awesome! Along with the rest of the sales team that I worked with!

I had limited time to come here as I go to school in Florida. The quickest they could get me in was a day before I left. I came for a strange clunk in my car when I hit a bump and a state inspection, as I would not be back in time when my sticker expired. Not only did I get zero phone call about my car getting ready. When I get there I was charged $70 and all they did was zip tie the shield under my car together, pretty sure I could have done that job myself. Then they fail my inspection for a left front tie rod. I ask if I can fix it and they say “oh we don’t carry those parts.” If you don’t carry parts maybe you shouldn’t sell Hyundai vehicles. They then encourage me by saying “oh just bring it back when you return.” You mean when my inspection is already expired. To which they say “yeah. She might get a ticket, but oh well.” So you know what I said to your oh well? I headed my happy ass over to bobby trainers who does have the part and got excellent service and passed my inspection. Appreciate ya👋🏻
