I will never do any business with them again I should have known not to take my car there for body work after they wouldn't sell me the car in the first place. I waited since November for my grill which finally came in just to find out that it was the wrong grill. I told them to just put it on and we can deal with it later(I work nights I was up all day dealing with my vehicle recall at another dealership). They never once said that I wouldn't be able to get the right one after it was already put on my car. The next day I called my insurance company to tell them that it looked awful. Paquins told my insurance company that I had called them and told them that I just wanted a grill that I didn't care what it was. That never happened they called me telling me that my grill finally came in. I will never go to them again. Don't waste your time or money on them. They only care about themselves and what's going into their pocket. They are very unprofessional if they can get away with something by lying they will. They should be shut down!!!

I go there for service on my Nissan.  It's one of the few places that when I leave, I don't feel like I've been ripped off or lied to, or disrespected.  Head and tails above the Nissan Dealer in Plattsburgh.  I live in Plattsburgh, and drive 50 miles to Paquin in Vermont for service.

Absolutely no stars for this business. I bought a  preowned car 3 weeks ago broke down with it had to get towed to a shop to find out my rear left and right back coil springs are snapped, my caliper is frozen right up, my wheel bearings were disintegrated no breaks and need rotors. i told the sales man that i wanted a mechanic to come look at the car before buying it and he said " i had nothing to worry about the car just came out of the shop" what a nice company.. if you all want a lemon them come on down to paquins!!
