Here at POULIN AUTO SALES we are a family owned business and we have been helping drivers all over New England find their next vehicle since 1995. We are located in Barre and South Burlington, VT, but we offer free vehicle delivery all throughout the Northeast. We've even had people drive all the way from Pennsylvania to buy from our expansive inventory.

Absolute garbage business. Still waiting for a GAP refund check that I’ve been calling back about for over 2 months. This is all after I made the mistake of purchasing a car there that I later found out had been in an accident and was paying over double what it was worth. I was told it was a clean title. Every time I call I get told I’ll recieve a call back and never do. Always get a smug and terrible attitude from the employees here also. Go to a real dealership this place will screw you and then not care about you once you sign the papers

DO NOT BUY USED CARS HERE *************** Purchased A Mitsubishi Lancer 12/16/17. Car was sold to me saying it had never been in an accident, POULIN LIED. Mitsubishi dealership upon inspection turned up the car WAS IN AN ACCIDENT and the reason my windshield wiper fluid wasn’t working was due to the fact they GLUED THE WIPER LINES TO MY FOG LIGHTS THAT THE DEALERSHIP REPLACED PRIOR TO MY PURCHASE. I returned the car 1/14/18 after the DEALERSHIP ADMITTED THE CAR WAS REBUILT AND BOUGHT FROM AUCTION DAMANGED. POULIN AUTO of CLOSTER VT is by far the 100% worst car buying experience of my life. I was lied to. I was taken advantage of due my my age and gender and told what I wanted to hear. CARLOS - DEALERSHIP MANAGER ASSISTED ME. The lies started when I arrived at the dealership, the car salesmen, CARLOS (MANAGER), had stated the Lancer was in perfect condition, no general damage(s) or problems. When I arrived the car and viewed the car, it not only had a dent in the C panel (happened in HIS SHOP) it also was missing several pieces on the inside and it had a cracked windshield!!!! He played dumb and said he “was shocked and never looked inside the vehicle prior” yet he had trouble locating the car. After he agreed upon fixing the pieces missing; replacing the cracked windshield, replacing the missing 2 panels and adding a car starter for my commute. on my way home and checked to make sure the fluids had been topped off as agreed upon to only find NONE OF THE FLUIDS WERE TOPPED OFF! I had NO COOLANT, no windshield wiper fluid and my OIL WAS NOT CHANGED because IT IS BLACK. I called him back and asked why he didn’t do anything stated and again he was surprised and said his generic line of “it was missed in the shop” - Carlos. He told me to buy coolant and to get my oil changed, after reminding him multiple times.. he finally offered to pay for the oil change that he didn’t do. My windshield wiper fluid still however did not work. That all should have been my RED FLAG to return the car then.... After weeks of daily phone tag I got the windshield replaced (2 weeks later) and car stared added (4 weeks later). Carlos had LOST my TITLE so i had to wait 4 weeks before able register Lancer... After I had registered the vehicle I took it to the Mitsubishi dealership (Lovering Mitsubishi Concord NH) to have it inspected. I was feeling very uneasy about what the inspection in NH would pick up.. and it found a lot.. I had been LIED ABOUT NO ACCIDENTS. He had stated aswell as car facts that the CAR HAD “NEVER” BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT HOWEVER HE LIED AND ITS BEEN IN A FRONT PASSENGER SIDE COLLISION! When you look under the hood to a trained eye you will notice the frame on the passenger side had been bent down (proof of accident) and due to that nothing probably lined up, hairline differences through the passenger side under the hood. They had also seen the botch job CARLOS AND HIS SHOP did when they “fixed” the fog lights.. (stated during the initial process he had fixed the fog lights aswell as a few other items) they not only butchered the job but they GLUED THE WIPER FLUID TO THE LINES OF THE FOG LIGHTS. GLUED. The inspector told me that basically the only way to get the wiper fluid to work is to start to replace almost half of the front end starting at $3500.. The inspector also told me that THIS is the REASON TO WHY THE CAR HAD NO COOLANT DURING my drive home aswell as the why the WIPERS NEVER WORKED upon leaving the shop. Due to the car being in an accident I had also lost ALL of the vehicles warranty. I was fuming, the amount of lies he told me to get me the purchase I now see why is sat in his inventory for OVER 160.... during those 160+ you would think a dealership would fix these issues wouldn’t you? No they waited until they got the right customer, clueless female buying her first car, an easy sale for most car salesmen. Since then. The car had been returned for 100% of everything paid, owed and put down. I rate this dealership a 1. WORST SERVICE

I will never buy a car from Poulin Auto sales again nor will I recommend to anyone. When I purchased my car the salesman was really pushy I told him I didn't want my payment over $300 a month and of course I fell for the fact that he said within 6 months I could refinance and get my payment down to where I wanted it to be I tried that a year later and because my car is not worth what I owe on it I can't refinance it he also got me to purchase an extended warranty that he told me was bumper to bumper I've brought my car in to poulins repair shop have it looked at and was told by their mechanic that my backup camera was not covered for the extended warranty and that it was acting funny when I drove it because I was using regular unleaded fuel instead of the premium so for over a month I use premium gas and also every time I filled my tank I poured in a bottle a fuel injection cleaner it was still acting up so I brought it to my mechanic that I normally use and come to find out it's my transmission just as I suspected in the beginning. lo and behold My Bumper to Bumper extended warranty does not cover it I paid $3,000 for the extended warranty and they don't want to pay a little less than $300 to have it fixed. When I asked my bank why they approved my loan in the beginning she said to be honest I really don't know.
