I got my two buddies on with Hannah roughly a year ago.  Since then, my little Bear (dog) has had quite a bit of work done...teeth pulled, he has a serious heart condition, which he had to be transported to the other facility to get testing done, etc.....I could have never done any of that without Hannah. I am poor.  I have never had phone calls asking me to find new clients. I have never ever went without care. When I call, we discuss then he comes in.  If you are looking for quality care (medical AND dental) at a low monthly rate, with NO co-pays, meds included, and access to 24 hour emergency hospital....then this is your place. Plain and simple. Love you guys Hannah and thank you for all you do. :)

I have 5 cats and 2 dogs. All of which are through Hannah. The biggest thing for me is that every time I take my animals in they are never scared of the place. Finding a vet were not just you but your animals are comfortable is rare. 

Peace of mind is what you get through Hannah. Every time my animals eat or do something that could endanger themselves, I never have to think " can I afford to take them to the vet? "

My advice is read the contract. There is a lot of myths and stories about what it is about but make sure your reading and comprehending the contract and not the opinion of others.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING A PET THROUGH HANNAH  When we first got our dog, I was a first-time pet owner, and was excited about not having to worry about paying for food and healthcare for my dog, but they make you pay for it in other ways.  In less than a year, we paid over $2000 to Hannah for our dog.  If we wanted to stop paying our monthly bill of $100, it was going to cost $600 for a buyout, after the initial $600 to get the dog.  And this was after they "forgot" to set up the auto-bill for our monthly payment.  They didn't collect for 4 months, then one day called us and wanted that $400 right away.  Whenever we called for vet help, they wouldn't return our calls.  We would have to call them every 20 minutes for a few hours before finally getting someone to help us.  They forgot food deliveries and wanted us to wait another two weeks to get it.  When we finally decided to buy out, they tried to write on our contract, after we had signed it and left with our dog, that our buyout was going to be an ADDITIONAL $600, making it a total of $1200 (again, on top of the $600 buy-in and $100 monthly).  They have the right to TAKE YOUR DOG BACK if you stop paying without the buyout, because they retain legal ownership of the dog to make everything cheaper for them.  This also means that if your dog needs an expensive medical procedure, they can decide it's not cost effective and refuse your pet treatment, because it's legally theirs and you just essentially rent it until you buy out.  I understand the company has changed hands several times since we went there 6 years ago, but this makes me trust them even less.  Save yourself time and money, find a dog from somewhere else and pay for your own pet insurance.  Total ripoff.

I had read bad reviews before signing up. Due to this I was extremely nervous to do this program. However, within 3 days of signing up my pup developed pneumonia. HANNAH took her in immediately and got her the medicine she desperately needed. I had other things to do, so they let me drop her off and come get her a few hours later. They called me every few hours and told me how she was doing. THANK YOU HANNAH for helping my baby Snowflake. We don't leave reviews hardly ever, but I felt people needed to know this program is indeed worth it. Nothing out of pocket for me. At another vet I would have spent 800 dollars. HANNAH cost me nothing.

We have been with Hannah for 2 years now.  I know they have had some problems in the past and they have changed some things up, but they have always taken great care of our fur baby Butters.  I continually tell my friends and coworkers about the great care plan.  We don't use the food because we are the snobby "dogs shouldn't eat grains" kind of people.  I do wish they had a Vancouver location though . . .
