I love Hannon’s, absolutely love them. I have had several repairs done, our wedding rings inscribed with personal messages, my pearls restrung, my 26-year-old engagement ring reset, and a custom ring designed and created. I cannot say enough about everyone – from the moment you walk in you are welcomed and thoughtfully catered to. I will never be a big spender by jewelry standards. Not once have I ever been treated with anything less than gracious hospitality, respect, and extreme care for all my pieces. They are professional in explaining what needs to be done and approximately how much it will cost. Their estimates are very fair and the workmanship is near flawless. A few years ago, I brought in several different pictures of rings from which I wanted to take different elements to create a new piece. They listened to the vision I had in mind and worked with me to design a ring that matched that vision. It is perfect. I have been using Hannon’s since 2010 and in those years, have had one slight hiccup when my engagement ring was reset. I call it a hiccup, but it was human error and likely unavoidable. It was corrected carefully, considerately, and ultimately beyond what I expected. Knowledgeable, skilled at their craft, patient, and attentive…it is obvious that they take great pride in their work, as they should. I will continue to use Hannon’s and highly recommend them.

You cannot find a better jewelry store than Hannon Jewelers. Donna Cate is very knowledgeable and great with customer service. Mr. Hannon is an expert and is very genuine and courteous. Great place for an individual purchasing an engagement ring.

I recently purchased an engagement ring from Hannon's. I wanted to design it on my own, and my design required an unusual request. I wanted raw diamonds as accents to the center diamond. The jewelry stores I went to before Hannon's were discouraging when it came to my idea and really just tried to convince me that I wanted something they already had. Mr. Bayardo worked with me. He was patient, informative and extremely helpful throughout the process. He made sure I got what I wanted, that it looked great, and that it was high quality. All this to say, I was extremely happy with what he produced, and my fiance loves the ring! I won't go to another jeweler! Mr. Bayardo and his staff are the best!

I won't buy another piece of jewelry from anyone else. Mr. Hannon answered all my questions honestly whether it was what I wanted to hear or not. I really appreciate that. You get more for what you pay for at Hannon Jewelers than anywhere else in town. You know you are at the right place when the owner answers the phone.

This place has THE BEST customer service I've every encountered. My now fiancee went here to get a ring custom made for me. He had a diamond ring from his grandfather and wanted to use the gem from that ring to be in my engagement ring. My fiancee knows nothing about jewelry. They were able to help him design a very elegant ring that I absolutely love! It was a little big when he gave it to me and we went back to get it resized. The owner remembered my fiancee and the ring immediately and was able to help us out a ton by getting it resized very quickly so I could show off my ring to my family the next weekend. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone!
