My girlfriend and I bought a Honda CR-V from Manny Valdez over at Hansel Honda. We drove four hours to see Manny because not only did Manny get us the best deal on our new Honda but he treated us very well. We didn't have to deal with the usual car salesman B.S. you would expect. We did most of the paperwork over email and text which was super stress free. When we got there it was just a quick test drive, signed some papers and Manny thoroughly went over all the features and got our phones hooked up to the stereo for the drive home on our free tank of gas.

I very much appreciate the honesty of your sales representative. Via email he found out what we were interested in owning and then he went to work to see what he could find. He was very knowledgeable about the various vehicles. He was not a pushy salesman. I would highly recommend him to others.

Incredible employees, especially Manny. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, advantageous and will work hard to make the customer happy. Happy to go above and beyond standard customer service to insure that everyone gets exactally what they asked for and wanted. I live an approximate 4 hour drive away from the dealership and chose to purchase here because they gave me the price that I wanted, they even offered on their own volition to drive the vehicle to me.

I worked with Manny Valdez on the purchase of my new car. Between my wonderful experience working with Manny and the general staff at Hansel Honda, I would rate this as the BEST car buying experience that I've ever had. I may have left some money on the table (who ever really knows), but Manny was a respectful negotiator and a gentleman to the end. I would recommend this dealership and Manny Valdez to anyone in the market for a new car.

Kimberly Tran worked out an amazing lease trade in that NO other dealership in the Bay Area could beat. She approached me with a friendly smile and not aggressive at all. I provided all my info to her since I didn't have a lot of time at the dealership and she called me back a week later with an unbeatable and unbelievable steal of a deal. If you want the best price and customer service go to Hansel and definitely see Kim. She is extremely honest and will work for you to get the best deal.
