I walked in and nobody was at the reception desk I stood there for 5 min waiting to be greeted and nothing. I had to ask someone sitting at his desk on his break for help. He got me Bruce and he basically told me because you are not buying a car today I cant help you I work on commissions plus my manager is not going to like to waste his time getting estimates. So he went back to his office and let me looked at closed cars in the lot!! I was there to do research on the best option /deal for me and wanted to see a few cars from the inside. Also to find out about a lease on the Rogue Sport but he didn't even have it. So they don't appreciate my business just because I wanted to do research first buying or leasing a car needs to be an informed decision. Therefore I will not come back!!  Terrible customer service !!!

The phones and service dept. Are very slow to respond to phone calls.  On hold three times to find out if our daughter's car was ready for pick up.  The 3rd. Call we were hung up on.  Drove to dealership without any info to pick up the car.  One person. Working in the service dept. Was very backed up with other customers.  While inside the dealership there were plenty of other employees standing around talking with each other.  They deffently need help in the service area.  Finally after saying something Matt a service person was very helpful and curious.

Needed an appointment today and got one. Friendly and professional. A little expensive but not obscene. Good service commands paying a little extra.

Service was terrible. Was told one price when sched appt and told higher price when i arrived. Service guy was rude and dismisdive

Don't come here if you need repairs.  They may do decent work but you will pay through the nose.  If your car is out of warranty, do yourself a favor and find somewhere else.  They charged me over $800 to do an oil change and replace an alternator on a 2002 Maxima.  There's a reason they call it a stealership.
