When my PAINT started peeling a year after I bought a new $45,000 vehicle I got concerned. I took the truck to Dublin to have them paint it and it was returned to me with three panels on it still peeling. The manager assured me that they would bring me back and have me have the truck repainted again for a second time. After returning home I was informed by GM that I would have to make arrangements with Jesse the Suns owner of Dublin Chevrolet in order to get my car painted correctly. Since they had paid Jesse $5,500 to paint my vehicle and its entirety they wanted to know why the vehicle was returned to me with areas of the truck not painted that were peeling. I had no answer for them I referred them to Dublin Chevrolet and asked if there was something criminal going on at that dealership. They then explain to me that the dealership is its own franchise and can do as it wishes with this customers. I informed them since they had paid Chevy to paint my vehicle how was I to make sure that Dublin Chevy actually performed the work. Long story short I was told by GM 5 minutes ago that Dublin Chevy will no longer be dealing with my vehicle and GM will not authorize my painting to be done at any other dealership therefore I have a 2 year old vehicle that has ¾ of the body with damage and my 3-year 36000 mile warranty expired the moment I drove away from Dublin Chevy. How convenient I do however remember them trying to sell me an extra extended warranty for my paint and this is where it becomes interesting. The extended warranty on the pain and corrosion would have covered me for an extra four years had I had bought it but in the circumstance that my paint started peeling I would still have to argue with the dealership that I bought the warranty from on whether or not the areas were in fact peeling. In my research I have found that the dealership that I have been working with is in fact been paid to have my vehicle painted and restored completely however they did not pay the auto body shop to do the work and my truck was not completely painted and returned to its original state. I now have a two year old truck that is worthless but understanding why a corporation sells a warranty on its product is priceless.

Friendy folks - but not much difference from all car dealers. Their profits are first no matter what they say. Hopefully you knew this already. They really say they are working for you and they are really good on the sincerity side. Hopefully, you know better. Place is clean, good service, nice people just look out for your self!

Terrrible experience. Strongly suggest that you do not come to this dealership. 1.) I purchased a truck and it had scratches on both taillights and both driver and passenger door handles that I couldn't see since it was dark and they didn't even bother to show me. I went a few days later to tell them about it and both a worker named Victor and his manager both took a look at it and said they would give me a call to fix this issue. They never called me. I called Chevy/GM to submit a case against them for this and they have not followed through. I am not happy that my new truck had scratches and they do not want to fix it. 2.) I had texted a worker from Chevy Victory named Terry and we reached an agreement for the sales price out the door for this truck over text messages. When I show up to purchase the truck, Klint(another worker) presents the wrong truck. Totally different and I even verify the VIN and of course it is the wrong truck, since I had made an agreement on the price and I had the VIN of the truck that we agreed on. I tell him immediately and then he shows me the right truck. Proceed to the actual purchase and they raise the selling price by nearly 2k on the already agreed sell price. I tell them that I have the messages of the agreed upon deal. That is when I had to deal with both Klint and Victor because they couldn't sort it out. Manager never came out to speak with me personally. They would not honor the agreed price. I was very disgusted with this shady business of trying to sell me the incorrect truck, and then proceed to sell me the agreed truck but at a higher price than originally agreed upon. *I purchased this truck late september, so a little over a month ago. I highly advise to not purchase from this dealership. Terrible experience. Sketchy sells tactics. They do not follow through with their word. Never going to buy from this dealership again.

The worst dealership i have ever been, i have about 20 different fix orders from this place since my car had 20,000 miles and was under warranty I've been trying to get so much fix under the hood and they just did not accomplished much, my car has 80,000 miles now and still fixing the same parts they supposedly replaced through the 3 years I've had the car ( cadillac ATS luxury ) Sound system rattles "bose" premium took it 5 times for this issue was never fixed they just made me waste my time. High iddle at low temperatures and coolant consumption... never fixed they wanted me to change the radiator and condenser but they was not sure if that was going to fix the problem, at the end i had to replace the radiator and my mechanic said the condenser was fine. Also they supposedly replace the rear differential and axles the bolts and like 7 months ago and is failing again leaking oil and they don't want to take care of it bacause they said my car is not under warranty anymore i talked to the manager bill M. And he said yes i remember you and I'm sorry we cannot fix all of the issues with your car you have a problem with GM not with our mechanics just don't buy anymore GM cars and to fix the recent same issues go somewhere else since you are not happy... very disappointed with this kind of manager which for sure mechanics don't do the job right with that attitude and sense of not care! NOTHING TO RECOMMEND ABOUT THIS PLACE i also own a Chevy camaro and they were never able to fix, had electric issues and traction control sensors going on they replace all the wiring the computer and the car still does the same! For sure i will be not buying GM anymore as the service manager Bill M recommended
