I was having battery problems with my Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. Alex at the service desk was very pleasant. He explained each step throughly. I was there about 5 hours but the lounge very pleasant. Good coffee, comphy sofas, very clean. They even washed and vacuumed my car. Recall items were checked and my car was also serviced. (at my request). I am very pleased with Hyundai of Petaluma. I will be taking my car there from now on. All in all, I had an excellent experience.

We just had our Elentra serviced at Hyundai of Petaluma. They have the best service department that I have dealt with in many years. They are efficient, pleasant, and explain what they did to fix the car. Nick, Matt and Alex are great to deal with.

Great support from Mike with a walk-in request for a quick tutorial on Bluetooth functionality and operating the driver seat. Wonderful!

I bought my first car here a couple years ago and the sales team was so transparent and helpful, explaining the process every step of the way! Since then, they finally opened their own service department on site which is phenomenal! Nick is without a doubt the best service manager I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I always know my car is in good hands and it is always kept in tip-top shape by the team there.

Love Nick and service is great! Only problems were that I noticed stereo was up full blast when I left so whoever test drive changed our station and put our speakers to 75%! We just had a speaker replaced recently too... also other things were different like he was using our visor mirror and had a great old time in our car. I wish they would treat our car like our car and not some loaner vehicle. I also noticed a new scratch and dent after leaving but couldn't be sure if it was from there or just noticed it. It had been about 2 days since I inspected it for those things so very likely it was from hyindai... also have to say our oil change sticker had the wrong date on it...when things like that are missed it just makes u wonder if other things were missed...
