This is written about the service department. 
To begin I would like to mention I am not one who usually likes to go to or use a dealership. But as many as I have been to and experienced throughout my military career this one takes the cake in the vehicle service department. 

Hands down the best customer service I have ever received from a dealership. Adam, Eric, and Chris I have dealt with on multiple occasions. They always do a thorough job and make sure everything is covered and with honesty and integrity. They are extremely friendly to work with and always have a smile. I highly recommend them if you need service of your vehicle or have a question about your vehicle. There customer service and knowledge of vehicles is top notch! �

I would like to mention Adam. He has gone above and beyond (in my opinion), in his customer service. Taking a little extra time when my air fan had a little something stuck in it to tell me what was going on and helped me fix it. He did not have to. But his help numerous times of helping my family with our car and attention to detail doesn't go unnoticed. It is grateful appreciated. 

Thank you Adam, Eric, and Chris for your excellent customer service in the service department. It's great to have a trusted dealership with an excellent service department/service advisors so close to home.

Such a great experience!! All employees were very patient with me and did not try to push or persue me into buying right away. They were very polite and truly helped me to stay in my budget and took their time to make sure I was comfortable with every decision and made sure to answer any questions I had.  
Juan and Mr. Iniguez were very helpful and wonderful!!

I needed a new truck after I was rear ended in a accident and my 2008 Tacoma was totaled. The salesman was very nice and supportive and very easy to get along with. A great experience for me and I thank you so much for keeping me at ease during the purchasing process.

Jim Cavallero was helpful and informative in finding me the right truck for my work.  Jim and his team got the paperwork taken care of in a reasonable amount of time so that I could get on with my weekend. Thank you Jim and Hansel Toyota for my new truck!
