I had been looking for a truck for a while and had even traveled over 200 miles to look at trucks. While there were several other dealerships that had what I was looking for, their prices were high and their customer service was a horrible. 

When I called to inquire about a truck that had just been posted at Harbin, the staff were super friendly. They were rolling out the red carpet before I even got to the dealership. To make things even better, their price was great! Our sales guy, Daniel Justice, was extremely nice and was a pleasure to work with. The next time I am looking for another vehicle, I will definitely start at Harbin!

If you are looking for a great deal and a service staff that will be there for you when you need them, don't look any further than Harbin! You will not be disappointed!

I purchased a new 2018 Chevrolet Pick up truck from Harbin Automotive
and it all went smoothly and quickly. I appreciate dealing with  a salesman who was not pushy and knew his product! (Michael Hancock).
The negotiation was quick and painless and I spent less than 30 minutes completing the paperwork . I found everyone to be very friendly and I would drive an hour again to purchase a vehicle from these folks. Thanks Again!

I just made my first major purchase on a car and I was very nervous. I just wanted to say that my experience with Harbin Chevrolet was a good one. When I walked in I knew exactly what I wanted and how much I could afford and I was given exactly what I wanted! I didn't feel any pressure to buy, and the service was excellent. Craig Davis helped me find the right car I wanted and was patient and allowed me to take my time. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions regarding my new vehicle. I just want to say thank you guys over at Habin Chevrolet and I would recommend all of my friends and family to shop for their cars there! I have my Christmas gift early! Happy Holidays!

I have visited several dealerships through out my life time but I have to say this one is by far the best. My family has bought 5 vehicles from Harbin in the past couple of years and there is a reason we keep coming back. From our favorite salesman Craig Davis to all of the other employees who ALWAYS make us feel like family. We have never been pressured into something we didn't want or need. They listen to our wants and needs and always have our best interest in mind. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle it is worth the drive to go to Harbin in Scottsboro Alabama. See Craig Davis and tell him Nikki Tipton sent you! You will not be disappointed!

Anthony Manning was a breath of fresh air to our truck buying experience. He was transparent, professional, and extremely courteous. My wife and I will easily guide our friends and family to him and the Harbin dealership for future purchases. Glad we made the drive from Meridianville to Scottsboro to make this deal. Well worth the trip.
