We purchased a used car after being told it had warranty and would be cleaned properly to get smoke smell out. We have small children. After taking it home, for 1 day, we found out it had ZERO warranty was told all sales were final, and the car couldn't be cleaned for another week. I would never reccomend this place to anyone. They should work more on their customer service and making sure their car salesmen know correct information. I would call and never get a call back and actually having to call them again. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. And we put money down. **update*** They were able to bring our car in early for a deep clean to get the smoke smell out and have someone look at the air bag light. But sales are considered final and we are not able to return the car. Our salesperson Dustin did call us back, but I was disappointed the manager didn't when he stated he would.

Very Pleasing Experience Dealing With CHAD CARTER. He Helped Me Get My Dream Car. He Even Went As Far As To Get Me A Discount On My Insurance By Calling The Agent Himself. I Will Definitely Refer Others And Be Back Myself. I Left With A Huge Smile On My Face. If You Are In The Market For A "New" OR "Pre-Owned" Vehicle, Come See CHAD CARTER! HE IS THE BEST!!

Best dealership in North Alabama! Only one that cared about my budget and what I wanted. Wasn't pushy, great staff. Chris Herston was the best sells rep I've encountered! Dan Knighten made the paperwork fast and easy. I'm definitely a customer of champion for life!

I have always had friendly workers talk to me when my car is serviced, but I had an issue in early January where I took my vehicle to Champion. On the form I got back they marked all of the items of my vehicle were in good condition. Just yesterday, (2 months later) my brakes were check due to a noise, all of a sudden all 4 of my brakes need to be replaced due to no pads, they were completely worn off. Not to mention the rust of the brake caking onto the rotor and sticking the back caliper (only on one side). When I called to ask why this wasn't noted on their inspection all they could say was, 'it must have just happened because we would have told you'. But how can all 4 brakes suddenly not be road safe in a matter of weeks? I drive my toddler around in this vehicle and our safety should be a concern. Will not be returning for services.

I had a small problem when a check engine light came on while we were driving through the area on our way to vacation with 3 small children and our Mr. Buttons (our black lab) We spoke to the general manager Kevin and he welcomed us all inside the store. They got us in and out and back on our way in a little more than an hour. It was a fantastic experience all around I truly appreciate your help and efficiency in getting us back on the road and headed for the beach.
