I had a great experience getting my Mazda serviced. The team is friendly, courteous, and professional. the point person for my vehicle communicated in a time manor keeping me in the loop about what was going on. Other reps were great to work with and showed me they all work together... teamwork. The shuttle drivers were equally able Hiley representatives and I enjoyed their shuttles.

Continual bad experiences with customer service here. Car is not starting with a jump, so I call them and asked if I could talk to someone to check if the car needed to actually come in. The lady said "Uh, I think you'll probably need to come in regardless, but let me check." Then it went to a company themed dial-tone for a minute, then it went silent, I said "hello?", And I heard a click, then it went to classical music, and played that for thirty minutes, saying intermittently that I was the first in line. Just hung up. Insulting. This is one of many incidences where I was straight up ignored, put indefinitely on hold, or was told I would be called back and wasn't. Two months ago, I was charged a large sum to have my car horn "fixed". When I asked what was wrong with it, they said "Sometimes horns just break." Now I'm having the same exact problem with the brand new horn two months later. About a year ago, I came in to get antifreeze fluid I had accidentally put in the windshield tank flushed out. When I came to pick it up, I ran the windshield spray - and antifreeze came out, all over my windshield. They drained the tank, but didn't even bother to flush it the other direction. They said "Would you like us to clear it out for you?" Yes, that's what I just paid you to do. If there was one other Mazda location I could rely on in this town, I would have stopped giving them my business years ago. Any suggestions, internet?

Spoke with Eric Hamilton, he was a very nice well spoken young man who was very knowledgeable about his product. He lead us to the exact vehicle we were looking for and offered us an awesome experience. The dealership has an awesome atmosphere with great music and very nice staff. Eric as well as the managers applied no pressure and gave us time to think. 100% recommended dealership and salesman! A++++

The sales manager was absolutely hateful, and rude. We went to get a used Chevy Cruze from them, and discovered a crack in the windshield. The manager wanted to just fill it, and we explained to him that no, we wanted a new windshield, because no one wants to buy a new car with a crack in the windshield. He refused (rudely) until Greg(the finance guy) and Keith(the sales guy) pulled him aside and told him that they wouldn’t buy that car with a crack In the windshield, and that he needed to replace it. He finally told us he would replace it. We took a minute to discuss if we still wanted to buy the vehicle because of how rude the sales manager was. But Greg and Keith pulled us back in by being very sweet and considerate and they compensated for how rude the sales manager was even though they didn’t have to. They gave us a good deal, along with replacing the windshield. If you go to Hiley Mazda, ask for Keith and Greg!
