I didn't have a bad experience. I actually enjoyed my car, and if it had a problem he would try to fix it or let me trade for another vehicle. So yes I gave a high score. Him and his wife and I even had something in common. We sing at CHURCH!  So, Karma bite that.

I wish that I could give a negative 5 for a rating because this place is a joke. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE, they will scam you. I let my son drive the vehicle to work and he called me a couple of hours later to tell me that my truck was gone. I called Hartselle city police department to report it stolen and they told me that it was repossessed. My payment wasn't due for another 10 days. When I made my last payment, I asked his son why his dad had called me a week before I was due to make a payment asking where his money was and Mack told me that Jimmy was upset because no one else had came in to make a payment. Mack told me not to worry about it that my truck was safe and at least I was coming in and making my payments and communicating with them which is a lot more than other people were doing. I used to go to church with Jimmy and when I owned my garage, I used to do all of the work on his cars and always treated him right. I also know the shortcuts that he wanted to take instead of fixing the cars right. He said that he just wanted them good enough to be sold and then it was who ever bought the cars problem. If he would do this to me, what do you think that he would do to you? I will be making a call to my friend  at the better business bureau and the local newspaper to let them know how H&He Auto Sales are scamming their customers. God will punish him for what he is doing to people and claiming to be a Christian. On top of all of that, I live a half mile from the car lot and he has my phone number. But instead of being a man and calling me, he waits until my son drives to work, and like a common the if, goes to his job and steals it. Yes I said STEALS IT because my payment wasn't due for another 10 days. I am not just putting this on here because I'm mad, which I am very mad, but do some investigating of your own into this car lot and Jimmy McReath's shady way of doing business.

They will toll your car away without saying a word. My social security and license were inside the car. now they won't give it back to me. I have to worry that someone might steal my identity now. please stay away from this place for your own sake!

Very bad business...My sister in law has contacted you guys several times and the owner told her she could come get her personal belongings only to show and get belittled and told to read the contract. You kept her kids car seats, tags, and other things that were theirs. She didn't care about anything other than her kids car seats! Word of mouth is the best advertisement and I can assure you that if it's anything we can do you will not ever get a new customer if we can help from it!!!!! Horrible customer service and business!!!!
