Hi, As an employee here, I have seen good and tough customers. As far as the store, we don't carry everything... but we certainly have a lot. As far as the negatives, you have some good days and some, well... not so keen. To summarize everything at Harbor Freight: Product In-Store Replacement (ISR): • Outstanding!! *** (1 or 2 years on top of manufacturer warranty of 90 days, for a total of 15 months or 27 months.) Product Price: • Great! Product Durability: • Good Product Default Warranty: • Fair/limited (90 days) ***ISR Top Seller*** The ISR's can cover anything that can possibly go awry with the item. Regardless if you smash it on purpose or accidentally, or due to normal use over time, we cover that. The only thing that the warranty does not cover is theft, as we require the item to exchange/replace with an equal or better value item. Overall, we do (or at least I do) try really hard to help the customers (even if I unintentionally give the wrong information, although I mean well).

Great selection of just about any tool you could need and very reasonably priced as the many customers in store would agree. Staff was helpful and friendly. They always have coupons too.

Picked up a power tool and was sold a warranty. Was told it was tied to my phone number so I wouldn't need the box or receipt. Obviously the tool stopped working and I brought it back for the warranty. Now not only can they not find the warranty in the system, the can't find my information in the system at all. I have purchased numerous products prior to this return and they never had a problem finding me or taking my money but now I'm apparently a mystery and they can't do anything without the receipt. Twist my arm and make me spend my money elsewhere I guess. Rest assured there is free advertising for both good and bad experiences.
