This store does not restock items it carries. I've been in here probably 20 times looking for Hardware for various projects. I don't know why I waste my time because they never have the item I'm looking for. There is always an empty space where what I'm looking for should be. I'm never going back and this is why Mom and Pop stores are dying out. If you're going to run a business you need to stock the items you're supposed to carry. I'm surprised this store still exists. Also this is a large store in only two people work there at most so don't think you're going to get any help in this free for all hope you find what you're looking for environment. And the staff is not knowledgeable nor do they know what's even in the store.

The heavyset man with the white beard acted like I was bothering him. I had a few questions and I waited patiently for him to get off the phone. He looked at me with destain and offered only a no. No problem solving no follow up question. Basically a no and get out of my store i can't help you look.  Sad Sad sad.

The guy we spoke to this afternoon was extremely rude. They did not have the part we needed and when my husband asked the guy if he might know where we could find it, the guy laughed and said "yep but none of them are open this time of day". As we were leaving I asked the guy if they happen to sell lighters as the one in my car was not working and he replied "nope. I'm not supporting your bad habits". I will NEVER set foot in that place again and I will tell everyone about this ill-mannered guy and warn them to steer clear of this junk store of a business.

If you can't find what you need for repairing older items in your home here your not likely to find it anywhere. People are so helpful and are willing to help you with any questions you may have. Great place to purchase gifts during holidays.

Came in with 2 keys to my ignition and one for my door.  After over an hour I left with one key to my ignition and one for my door.  They don't know how to cut a Toyota key.  Was in and out of Walmart in less than five minutes with my new keys working and the one I had to buy to replace the one they lost that was cut properly by a different worker the previous week. Adding low jack to my car as it doesn't make sense a key disappears.  Waste of my time and lose of a working ignition key.  A simple job that will got me hundreds now that I need to put additional theft deterrence on my truck...
