This locations customer service is second to none. I will buy here first whenever possible. We couldn't beat the price on their washer so we bought one used and it flooded a good portion of our first floor. Tommy, the manager handled everything quickly and professionally. We ended up getting a really good deal on a new unit. It turned out to be a big mess, the shipment of the new machine got delayed so we have been almost 2 months now without a washer, but, this Sears outlet did everything they could to keep us as customers.

Nick and Tommy were great! The dishwasher I had picked out was no longer there but Nick found it at the warehouse and ordered it for us. We bought a stove, fridge, and dishwasher so Tommy worked to get us the best deal possible. We were real happy with the great customer service.

The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful! They make sure to find whatever product is right for you and at great prices! A truly great experience shopping here!

Absolutely fantastic customer service and amazing prices! Yeah, some of it has a dent or two, but not where you'd see them, and not so badly they'd affect usage. I'll definitely be back!

This place was great, Always find what I need. Lots of super inexpensive appliances anda very helpful staff. I think they are under new management and everyone should come here first when shopping
