Had everything that I needed. 3 different store associates asked me if they could help me with anything. Third associate that did help me took care of everything and knew right where everything I needed was. Got me in and out quick which I always appreciate.

Great location. Went in with my ESA doggy Zion and they were very helpful. They pointed out which aisle the air filters where on and very friendly at check out. Recommended

I only rated the lowes a 1 because there is no "0". Unless you know what you want and where it is, you have to set fire to something to get any help. Also, I purchased a shower door and went through the process to have it installed. They insisted the plumber come to my home to confirm the installation. He failed to call within the time they said and I had to call back. They contacted him who then called me a few days later. Then when he came, he said it would be a simple installation, he does these all the time, and it would only take an hour or so. They confirmed the installation, set the installation date, and I waited. It rained a little that morning, and I got a call from the installed saying they would have to reschedule and he would call me that evening to reschedule. I called the store three days later and they again called and talked to the installer. He didn't call me, but the store said it was rescheduled for another week later. I waited on the specified day and time with no call, no confirmation, and no show. I called the store the next day to talk to a manger, he was "too busy" and a young lady called me back. Turns out they don't install that type of shower door...or better, the installer doesn't install that type of door so the installation was canceled. Now over three weeks in, I went to the store to talk to the manager and get all my money refunded. As I am talking to the customer service, they constantly answered phones calls and interrupted me. As I became obviously upset, she went to get the manager...he was "too busy" so he sent over the head cashier. He tried to assist, but he also began answering phone calls as I explained the situation and wanted an answer. Even as I became even more enraged, he said he would "get yelled at" if he didn't answer the phone. I asked if he felt it better to be yelled by his manager or an enraged customer. This went on for over half an hour. In the end, I asked him to have the store manager call me the following morning with an explanation of why they have doors displayed with installation prices on them, their sales people sold me the door indicating it was a routine installtion, and the installer indicated he does this all the time. And finally, why it took over three weeks to decide I was out of luck. Naturally, the manager never called, nor did anyone else. As this point, I will shop at any other company EXCEPT Lowes. They have reduced their staff to where the entire process for anything (including self-checkout) is totally self help. And when you do actually find someone to help you, they normally will tell you they don't work that area and try to call someone...but again, you will have to set fire to something or try to move one of their ladders before anyone will even ask if you need something. This lowes location is pathetic and as far as I am concerned, they are the last representation of this declining company that I will ever experience. Just pathetic.

This Lowe's is laid out differently and is harder to locate things. I go here because it is convenient to my office. Nice people that are helpful though and they always make sure I find the stuff I am looking for.

Very disappointed in Lowes customer service! Had an appointment with one of their designers but he never showed up. I arrived 10 minutes early and spoke to a lady assisting someone and she directed me to have a seat at this persons desk. I waited 30 minutes and no one offered to assist me in any way. I again spoke to the same person I spoke to earlier and she attempted to call him. The call went to voicemail. I want to remodel my kitchen, which is no small job, nor will it be a cheap job. Lowes will not be getting my business! Their are plenty of others that want it!
