Location is nice. Staff has been very friendly & helpful. Views are decent. Room is stylish & well designed. Weird that there wasn't a hair dryer in the bathroom. Appreciated the easy inputs to the TV & plentiful ac outlets.

The rooms were clean and the staff is great. Needed more towels and they sent in less than 1 minute. The food is amazing and the bartenders are all prompt and friendly. The front desk staff could recommend other places in SD to check out and they made me feel like i was at home. I would recommend this place to my friends and family and I will be back. Thank you hard rock hotel

Amazingly perfect in every way. We booked the VIP package which included everything. VIP check in with complimentary strong drink. Upgraded suite with  balcony view directly over gas lamp main street. All free access to any club, spa, lounge plus a good credit stipend to Nobu restaurant located inside the hotel.

I've enjoyed my stay at the Hard Rock Hotel, San Diego. The rooms are clean, well laid out & have some very nice views of the harbour area. The staff has been friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The only drawback has been the weekend revelers at the pool parties. A significant amount of intoxicated people stumbling around was more of an inconvenience than anything else. I would stay here again on my next visit.

The location of this hotel is perfect if you're going to a meeting at the convention center. It is also beautiful with the waterfront area as well. My major issue was with check in and the lack of Staff when I arrived. There was a very long line and people were obviously very frustrated with the lack of staff waiting to check individuals in. It was late at night making for an additional half hour before getting into the room. The layout of the room with the large wardrobe attached to the wall is dangerous. With the darkness it is easy to walk into and injure oneself. The rooms are clean and large and quiet.
