This place is nasty. We get home and there was a clear glove in my daughters sweet tea. When we went back up there they said they would only replace the drink. Why would i want another drink from yall when there was a glove in it. To top it off they laughed about it. I dont find it funny. We recorded everything they said and did. No refund. We got refused. We will be going to the health depart about this and the news because that is nasty.

Came to Hardee’s on Normandy for lunch whereas I work down the road. When I got my food, not only did  I get watered down unsweet tea instead of sweet tea, but both my burgers were very very dry. When i tried to call the store to complain, the number listed online and the receipt was a fax machine picking up. I guess I’m just stuck with no lunch today. Very bad business. Won’t go back and will convince people not to go there.

I’m a regular customer I buy breakfast at least 3 times a week but after today I will never go back. I ordered food this morning at the drive thru and unfortunately forgot an item during my original order. As I approached the window I apologized and asked if I could please add an order of French toast sticks for my niece. The gentleman at the window said yes and then as he turned around to put the order in a woman screamed across the restaurant saying no add on orders at my window. I said can I please add this for my niece she’s hungry and I accidentally forgot during the original order. I was told no again no add on at my window screamed a 2nd time. Well that was it for me I found it very disrespectful and rude. I was appalled to find out this was the manager saying that her name was Angel and this is not the first time she’s had an attitude. I’ve had her multiple incidents with her but never realized she was the manager. I can’t believe how rude she is to customers and I will not be returning I’ll also be letting my family and friends know about this incident as well it’s sad because we all frequent this Hardee’s but not anymore.

Changing my review to zero if I could. Pathetic excuse for customer service. The girl at the window lied and said she didn't have my prepaid app order. Flat out lied to my face twice and gave me the wrong size fries and drinks while eye rolling and sighing audibly. Will not be revisiting Hardee's for a long time. Y'all need to screen employees better  Parking: Very popular for breakfast, sometimes crowded. But always fast!

first and foremost! breakfast here is awesome. I appreciate great customer service and Jeremy and Nate showed that this morning! I don’t know if Jeremy is a manager but he surely held the team together and someone should take notice!  Jeremy was very kind to everyone, customers and employees. Nate was at the window and made sure I got all the condiments and our fresh food out in a timely manner . ty normandy/fouraker hardee’s for a smile today and of course yummy food. oh and drive thru line went pretty fast.

My chicken  sandwich had a smell to it.  I ordered 5 chicken  tenders and I got 3 and the chicken sandwich didn't have any pickels on it.  And to top it all off the servers were rude.  I  will never go there againFood: 1/5

One star service. I ask for a number one. Cashier said what's a number 1. Cashier was irritated taking my order. Cashier acted like she didn't want to be there.  Look at her, look at her uniform. If she didn't care about her uniform why would she care about your food. Was served a raw chicken biscuit. I got picture to prove it. Got sick the following day.

I always come here it’s my go to place. And everything is always perfect zero complaints. But today I’m disappointed. As you can see in the photo a medium drink and medium fry, but also you can’t see my receipt I ordered a large fry and large sweet tea. Why ask me if I want a large meal if you were already planning on giving me a medium. Food was good and so was the tea but just disappointed I paid for a large and got a medium

Rated a 2 star because we waited for 45 minutes in drive thru . Food was good. Will change rating next visit if betterFood: 5/5
