Went at like 11:00 pm waited for like 20 mins no one in line and still had cold food and burned and old nasty nuggets and fries!!! These workers do not want to work i will never come back here again.

Food was good. We went around 8pm and the drive thru was packed so we went inside. There was about 5 workers in there just standing around. One woman was in the bathroom holding it up and came out wreaking of weed so I used the men's bathroom. And the girl who took the order looked and acted like she was mad we came inside to order instead of waiting behind the 10 cars in line.

Every time you go to this McDonald's between 10:00 and 12:00 p.m. be prepared to wait 30 minutes or more for your food. Always five people standing around in the lobby for some reason. If they're on the clock they need to be working not walking around playing on their phones.

Currently 144am after waiting over 30 in a 2 person line in the drive through with the employee saying to wait when there was absolutely no one else in the drive through and had absolutely no explanation why. Straight trash. Manager needs to sort this out.

Drive through line took almost 30 min. Fries were old and unsalted. Big Mac had spicy buffalo sauce on it instead of Mac sauce, so was disgusting and inedible. Mcnuggets werent cooked long enough so they were undercooked and soggy Bacon 1/4 pounder didn't have bacon on it. Drink was low on syrup so it was watered down.  So every item my gf and I ordered was terrible.  This was the worst McDonald's experience I've every had.

The food is generally good, but damn we will sit at the window for a hot minute before someone even greets you, we waited 10 minutes one time, once they actually say something though they're generally nice, you can obviously tell they don't want to be there but I've never had conflict, with anyone. Food is usually never cold though.Food: 3/5

Horrible costumer service, they don’t acknowledge you when you are speaking to them and staff was passive aggressive; could easily ruin your day. They dont even give you napkins and took like 10 minutes to prepare a caramel frappe, I think the issue here is the very rude employees. Not trying to be a karen but lol

Definitely have improved service over the last couple months. My last experience was great. Went through the line effortlessly and received all my items..

The worst McDonald's I've been to. 30 min after ordering they finally brought the food after trying to give me the wrong food. Then forgot the second drink. Never came back with the drink. I finally just left. Everyone I dealt with was rude or didn't talk at all

Ordered and paid on app. It says 24 hours.... But can't even get an answer on the speaker box at 1:47 am???? I can definitely understand who the rating is 2.9 stars.....Food: 1/5
