Waited about 20 minutes because there was a car in front of us. The Big Mac I ordered was completely covered in salt and pepper. Now, I love salt. I put it on everything. However, the salt on this burger came off like beach sand. The burger was inedible. My son's happy meal came with a milk. The milk had been previously opened. The fries were old and cold and, ironically, unsalted. If I could give it less than a star, I would. It's absolutely insane that the franchise allows such low quality employees.
Always a line but they move in a timely manner. Food was hot and fresh however they left some of my order out and I didn't know it until I got home. Too far to go back. Double check our orders next time!! Some staff was really nice and apologetic when they didn't have what I initially wanted.
The employees were friendly but from the time I ordered and received my food was 15min. It was 2 sausage biscuits and 2 Hash browns. I was the 3 person in line waiting to get my food. The food was warm and tasted like it should. It’s just always so slow and this use to be the best McDonald’s in Jacksonville!
McDonald's is not the best it's not the worse but it would help you if you're really hungry and want to stop for a burger and some fries. I gave 5 stars because this is a clean and laid back place, it's close and convenient to my house, plus one of my friends i know works there. :
Another McDonald's location serving fresh, hot attitudes, and mediocre food at best. I can imagine everyone has their own reasons for being stressed, and still having to be at work, but I cannot imagine working for someone and being such a terrible employee. Most times pulling up to a McDonald's, the customer is a burden to everyone on the clock. I know it's my own fault for still deciding to visit these locations, and I hope I will eventually phase them out altogether.
Always terrible service in the drive thru. And by always I mean my husband and/or myself used to go there almost every day for months, even if it was just for coffee, up until recently and it’s always the same thing. Don’t know how it is inside but at the window they can’t even be bothered to face you let alone acknowledge you when they hand you your order. They literally stand with their back to you and stick the bag out the window behind themselves. Not to mention the bad attitude and sarcastic tone of voice you get at the speaker. Maybe it’s just me. I mean, seriously? Has the fast food industry changed that much since I was their age working at Burger King? Is it really such a demanding job that you can’t even take the time to be civilized?
Every time I go to that McDonald's they get my order wrong and hate it when I demand it be right, they are not cheap. The people that work there are the rudest, meanest individuals I've ever encounterd.. They have an excuse for everything I mean I have a picky eater so I always order very simple, a 10 pcs chicken nugget meal large no sauce w/ dr pepper charge you $15 and still get it wrong. How can you get that wrong? Everything from management to the employees should get replaced. I work with the public and applauded at how this establishment treats its customers. Donna Ellis
amazing breakfast!! so much better than the one on chaffee!! my frappe wasn’t liquid they made it perfect! and the hot cakes were warm and tasted homemade almost!! and the hash brown was crispy and not soggy like other mcdonald’s. and the lady on the microphone was so sweet and nice even called me love!! now i will be going to THIS mcdonald’s for breakfast!!!!
Food isn't visually appealing and just carelessly prepared. Attitude of employees is like they are doing you a favor by serving you with no greeting or thank you. Usually always part of order is incorrect or left out.Food: 2/5
Super sweet employee offered me a hi-c for my weight. I thought she was so sweet and considerate.
