Service has become absolutely atrocious.  Management is no exception. 9/1/2022 i ordered a large pepperoni pizza and bread sticks. Simple, common, typical order. I was told 45 minutes. 90 minutes later, a pineapple pizza and cinnamon bread sticks arrive. Naturally i send it back. I wait 45 minutes, call in, and the manager assured me my pizza was coming out of the oven and itd be at my house in 15 minutes. Another hour later, nothing... This has become the norm and what i expect of them. Just call somewhere else.

Took over five minutes to be acknowledged when walking into the lobby and stepping to the empty counter.   Nobody else inside when I picked up an online order. Salute to the one lady who was presentable enough to be on the job...she rang me up once she was able to get away from the pick-up window.  This location was working her hard so the other six employees can sit outside and smokeout near the back door.    Just awful. Pizza is mediocre, but the customer service and visible, blatant lack of professionalism here is bottom of the barrel.

They gave me the wrong type pizza  I order "White Sause" stressing it 3 times;  they gave me  Red sause; when I took the pizza  back they were snappy; and were RUDE. I had to wait another 45 minutes then the pizza was horrible. The manager the older lady seemed to have a problem correcting " her mistake "she tried to blame the cashier. When proven she made the mistake she didn't admit being wrong. And NEVER SAID sorry for my time or anything. Dining room was closed. And they still took A long time. The Staff spend a lot of time Talking to each other. When they could have really been cleaning some much needed visual areas. So angry by the time I left. Open the pizza it was actually soupy...

Their pizzas is not as good as it used to be their crust looks like a steam roller rolled over it, I've been a customer for over 30 years and I haven't been satisfied for a while and I'm starting to look at other pizza food chain because I'm not happy with what I'm paying for sometime the cut back they're doing can cause you lose lose some loyal customers. Business  go figure.

Usually pretty good, last night was one of the exceptions.....cold melts, and one had cinnamon / sugar sprinkled on it. I realize people have bad days and make mistakes, but there's no menu option for significant discount for an  employees obvious mistake that they decided they would pass on rather than correct.

Everything was fine except this is the second time I have asked and paid for pineapple on the pizza and for the second time there's no pineapple.. this is beginning to be a problem. We order from this Pizza Hut at least once a week. When I called to inform them about this I was told that they were out of pineapple. So I basically paid for something they didn't have....and they were good with charging me for something they didn't have. I think it's time we found another pizza place. Extremely Disappointed!

utterly disgusted and disturbed. Ordered carry out and got home, took a bite out of my boneless wings and the chicken was COMPLETELY raw. I called the customer service number, as I continued to tear open the rest of the chicken and EVERY piece in the container was extremely undercooked. Spoke to a person named Katie who said she was a manager and I could not speak to anyone above her. She “apologized” for the inconvenience and her idea of fair compensation was only to refund my wings or have me drive all the way back to the restaurant and have them remake them. Now my child is without a meal and I’m getting a $5 refund. Ha. What a joke. This is completely unacceptable on their end. My entire order should have been compensated for this disgusting mess up. I wouldn’t be surprised if anyone who eats here ends up with salmonella poisoning. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO NORMANDY BLVD PIZZA HUT, if even returning to Pizza Hut at all.  Please check your kids wings before they take a bite if you order from this location.  UPDATE: spoke with the store manager Brandi who was very apologetic and helpful. She apologized for the actions of the others who I spoke with and for the quality of the food I received. Received a full refund for my entire meal as well as a credit for another meal. Mistakes happen and clearly someone dropped the ball here as serving raw chicken is a serious health concern, but I’m just happy this could get resolved with the help of management.

Very pleased with the service . Staff was friendly and the food was very good. The new melts are like a calzone. Which I like .The wait wasn't to bad . Had to wait for the food to cook which I like . You know its fresh .

Pizza was so fluffy and moist. Staff is friendly and courteous. Ordered online and pizza was just as I ordered.

I ordered the melt they are raving about. It was cooked in a reasonable time but not worth the hype. It was good. I will be getting another one.
