We attend the Picture Show theater often. Most experiences have been great. I only did 4 stars because of some more recent price changes. For those of us who have been customers for a while and aren't anticipating an extra dollar here or $2 there for seasonings, boxes, etc. it's just a little inconvenient. Maybe it could be posted somewhere, like the Facebook page? I don't think the website would be able to accommodate as it isn't super user-friendly and isn't site specific. Maybe they're still in the process of going through these changes? I'm not sure. But sometimes I just want to bring cash and pay that amount and I end up using my card to pay for the little extras. Still great prices to be able to take a family of 4 out to the movies for $20 or less (especially Tuesdays). And the staff are usually friendly and helpful. You mostly get what you pay for, but if you're not high maintenance, it's a good time and worth $15-$20.

Theater could have a little more comfortable seats. Liked everything else.

A little run down. Older seating, expensive drinks. But, you can see a good movie cheaply.

Chairs were uncomfortable and people in the audience were kind a rude. The theater is self is in pretty good shape though.

We love this place! It's so nice to go to the movies and not have to spend a fortune. We go every week...sometimes a couple of times a week. Staff is friendly, the food prices are reasonable and they even allow you to use Harkins refill cups ($1.50). A great way to spend time with the family without spending a lot of money!
