I’ve bought, sold, traded here for years. I always deal with Sam ( I call him short Sam) as they have two. A total professional, and great guy to work with. It’s no wonder they are voted the best.

Professional and courteous. Sold a few items the other day and lost the payment check. Vicki went out of her way to verify a few things and to solve the problem, even though this was a very small transaction. Thank you so much, would never go anywhere else.

Horrible Service. The little/old Italian guy with white hair told me that by me asking him questions about a piece of merchandise was not making him money and that I can pay $60/hour if I just wanted to ask him questions. Little did he know that he lost 3 potential customers that day and will continue to lose customers as I explain what happened to me there. I am still in shock and can’t believe they are even in business if that’s how they do it. Absolutely disgusting.

Went here today after looking around at few other places to purchase new wedding rings for my husband and me, had a awesome experience with Heather! Selection to choose from was amazing. Can not wait to get our new sets next week. Thanks again Heather!!
