Last year my wife was tired of a two year old loaded SUV that wasn’t living up to expectations. In frustration, she decided to cut her losses and go car shopping for a German branded replacement. I recommended that she drop by Harvey Subaru before going to the other dealership. She bought an Outback. She is TOTALLY satisfied after a year. She loves it so much that she “sold” one to our next door neighbor. Today I traded in my Wrangler for my own Outback. Same salesman for all three sales.....and treated like a valued customer. I can’t recommend Harvey Subaru enough.

Always get great service at Harvey. Friendly people, super nice facility. They maintain my Impreza and wash it too!

Employees are friendly. They seem to try their best to make sure you are satisfied but when you voice a legitimate concern they just blow you off. I took my new car for the first maintenance check and I guess it's just something that mechanics always do, my seat and mirror positions were changed and my Pandora radio sync was erased. When I told the service manager about it he just said that the mechanic hadn't done that.

I recently bought a Subaru Forester and LOVE it!! Can't wait to take it on a cross country road trip and through the mountains! My salesperson was Steven Belk and he really helped me make a good decision on buying the best Subaru to meet my needs. He seemed genuine, professional, and very knowledgeable about all the details and aspects of Subaru cars.  He wasn't pushy at all in getting me to buy. He followed up a few times after my first visit which was great. I'd recommend working with him if you're in the market for a new car. 

Since buying my Subaru, I have  brought it in for service for several different things (recall, oil change, adding accessories, etc). The service manager Josh Duet scheduled all of my appointments over the phone with me and worked with my busy schedule. He is so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! I can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work. If there was any confusion or error, he made sure it was fixed before I left and made sure I was happy.  I have also called him when I had service-type questions with my car, and he was patient with me and usually figured out the problem right away. 

If you're considering buying a Subaru, I definitely recommend buying one from Harvey because the people seem great! Really nice facility, too. And there's free coffee.
