Eric and Ron are absolutely amazing! Genuinely nice people, and don't give the pushy car salesman vibe at all. You can tell everyone that works there cares about their customers first and foremost. And they get bonus points for making it as kid friendly as possible, to the point that my 3 and 5 year old wanted to go back again.

Just bought a car from Ron Sheline....best car salesman ever! He didn't pressure us into anything; he let us know the pros and cons of each vehicle we were looking at; and he found the perfect vehicle to fit our family's needs! Thank you again, Ron!! I LOVE MY CAR!!! ☺

I just wanted to point out that I went this past weekend to get my oil changed. Carl made sure I did not wait long and explained to me everything that was being done to my vehicle. Extremely polite and professional. Makes me even happier that I chose Wray Ford! Thank y'all again!!!! :)

The sales team is great. Ron helped us get exactly what we were looking for. 2yrs later we still love our edge.

Service department is Horrible!! We have tried to use them twice, once for a recalled part and once for a small finder bender. Both times were less than impressive.  This does disappoint me, because normally I like to have work done by the dealership.  I have to find another shop in town to do work and regular maintenance for us. They are a little bit more of a drive, but worth it to have things done correctly.

Excellent service. Ron Sheline was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I am looking for a new car to fit my family and he provided excellent service and knowledge to help me in making an informed decision on what will be best for us. I am a very impulsive person and he helped me figure out what I really wanted and what would work best. There was never any pressure! I will be going to him for my next purchase for sure! Excellent experience! Thanks for all the help!
