After dealing with these people for 10+ years, I can say they are attentive, helpful, and always place the customer first. I recommend them with no reservations. My wife and I have leased and bought from them and and my daughter recently purchased a used Lexus. They are excellent.

First few times where Pleasant. Showed up unexpected with question about defect on my Lexus rims. GUY tells me looks someone put some chemical on it. No its a defect in workmanship. He didn't care I wasn't there to fork over money.  Customer Service. Expensive Service Costs. Lexus Cars are Luxury so treat your customers like it. 

Going back to American halfway made vehicle.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. The sales people are not helpful. The maintenance staff is lazy and doesn't return phone calls. The receptionist is incompetent and has no idea about anything that goes on at their place of work. I will NEVER buy another Lexus from this dealership again.

Just lost my husbands promise to let me trade in my 2014 for a 2016 ES 350

Why? They replaced device that kept having electrical shortage..and returned vehicle today without anyone conducting a final inspection of car interior- prior to my pickup and drive home.

While opening backdoor for my young grandbaby to sit down, she almost  stepped on device pieces that were left on the floor. 
 
Numerous attempts to call & speak w/service person only led to vms so I had to drive back and ask for the service to be COMPLETED... 

Really glad Service Mgr came over upon my arrival to inspect , repair and  to apologize as well as provide her own cell number if I ever call again & keep leaving un responded vms in future. She even bent down to wipe odd black scratches that were placed on my driver side doors. 

There goes my 35th anniversary present😟

Wonderful people with great service....would not go anywhere else to buy or service my vehicle!!
