I received the best customer service from Randi Trotter at Orr Nissan in Bossier you could ever receive walking in a dealership. I was greeted with a beautiful friendly smile. My family and I needed something larger than our current vehicle due to our new addition to the family. She asked my preference and what I had in mind. After she showed us to the wonderful inventory and what all they had we started signing our papers the exact day. I was so comfortable with her and she's been nothing but a Angel in disguise. I have referred 3 relatives and 2 friends to her and they have all made there purchase with her. And one of those friends have started sending other friends her way. If I had a company to run I would definitely need Mrs. Randi on our team. Great salesman friendly kind and inviting not to forget the staff was pleasant as well. No more looking or asking around Randi Ice Trotter will receive our business from here on out. Thank you for employing a dedicated worker she's great.

I received excellent service at Orr Nissan Bossier. Nicole Haney made the buying process so easy. She was very patient and understanding and never pushy. She went above and beyond to follow up after the sale and is always professional. I would recommend Orr to anyone because of the assistance I received! Nicole is the best and so is Orr! I love my car and appreciate her working to make this purchase possible! Thank you!

Randy Trotter was amazing. Worked double time to get the financing needed for my SUV which I love. She answered every question we had . And even after I got my car she helped me with a few questions I had about it weeks later. She is the only salesperson we deal with. My kids have gone to her as well. You couldn't ask for a nicer person to do business with. Just the best experience buying a car. Thank you miss  Randy for making this happen for us.

I had been turned away from several other places due to my circumstances - BUT you were able to work with me and get me into something I wanted and could afford!
