Wonderful experience at The Sweater Mill. Very helpful sales associate, Natalie, who asked the right questions and explained the design lines well. Bought a lovely, unique top that I'm sure no one in my circle will have.

One of the best finds clothing-wise in Bucks County. Fine quality, unique clothing at good prices. I bought a hand-embroidered jacket my last visit that was scrumptious. Also, best sock selection anywhere (I got Monet's Water Lilies and cute snowman socks as well as several gift pairs at Christmastime).

Nasty owner. Went in there to see what kind of sweaters they had, and there was a decent selection, though way overpriced. No sooner I inquired if the product I was interested in would be in stock after the holidays, I got "I'd need a crystal ball for that, now wouldn't I?" 
I don't know if it was her time of the month or what, but the owner's a witch either way.
Will never go back there again. I think it's time for them to go under.

The owner of this store is NOT customer friendly. She is nasty, dishonest, unkind, cold hearted and not a person you would want to do business with. She was rude to me and actually lied to me. She said she was giving me an even exchange when actually the item I got in exchange was $15. less than what I had originally paid. She refused to reimburse me and was very unreasonable in the process of denying me my refund. Her employee is also a liar. They do not treat customers with respect.

Bad Business: My son bought a sweater from here for Christmas for his mom... It was to small and she didn't have time to go back until today. The lady would not exchange the sweater, would not do anything except give a smart ass response about how she could have returned it before March... REALLY!!!! My son worked hard for his money and then spent a $120 on the sweater for this...... Way to conduct bad business... We will NEVER return to this store. Pretty SAD! You guys should be ashamed of yourselves!
