I went to the store earlier this evening and the customer service was great but that's where the greatness ended. I ordered the funnel cake and it's tough as hell. Breaking pieces off would take some effort, it's also over cooked. I took pictures of the top and bottom. I also ordered a pretzel which was warm but tough as well. My wife and daughters go there and like the bubble tea so hopefully it's not all bad. My pictures are of the funnel cake top and bottom, i haven't eaten any. I'm just throwing it out. I was really excited because I love funnel cake from the carnival.

Shop must have changed owner ship. Hot dogs are not the same.

I guess I should have known that a place called Village Pretzels wouldn't have good Bubble Tea. There were two women working when I ordered my Bubble Tea and I am assuming one of them was brand new because she was teaching her how to run a credit card and told her that if she can make pasta, then she can make the tapioca balls in Bubble Tea. Well, I wouldn't want to taste her pasta because the tapioca balls were as hard as a rock!! The entire drink was pretty gross. Bummer, I was excited to find a place close by that makes one of my favorite treats.

Charming little pretzel shop. I enjoy taking my grandkids here. Food is average. Friendly counter service.
