Terrible customer service. All the other bad reviews are correct. They are CROOKS!! They make up whatever price and take way more than 40%, half the time they misplace items, the photography is terrible (!!), and even when I buy stuff from them things are not as described. Very frustrating. Do yourself a favor and find another consignment company.

Maybe not the optimal place to sell your recent LV or Hermes handbag but this service is awesome for selling clothing from major brands. They handle the shipping, photography, uploading, annoying questions, warehousing, all for 40pct. You do not get your slow selling things back because they mark them down in a timely manner, and gladly give a tax write off receipt for your items that do not sell.

Don't rely on them to sell anything expensive, send them the things that are dirt cheap that you wouldn't want.  They don't keep a good inventory of your things, some of your things just go unaccounted for, you get promised that you'll get an updated account of what of yours sold and then never receive it. I was lucky, I sent them a box full of lower end items ( I kept a box of high end items I had prepared for them if the first box went well because I thought about just selling on eBay myself, since they are usually very easy to sell). I do like purchasing from them but occasionally I find more defects than they list.

I have been using them to sell my items for a few years now and I am done!  They donated 30-40 of my items that they were selling on eBay in May without contacting me and I even expressly told them I want my items that do not sell retrunes to me!  Plus I just don't believe that they donated the items.  They list you item for say $39 on eBay, if it sells(because they have gotten so many negative reviews) they deduct $10 regardless of selling price and then they deduct the coupon amount people use and them they take 40 percent, so you are basically left with 40 percent of $20.  They are crooks.  You have to hound them to get any sort of payment from them and each time the accounting department "forgets" about items of your that sold, or they "misplaced" them.  They are outright crooks and you are nettter off giving your items away.

Total scam. 5 months never received any commission. Don't bother. Just sell it yourself on Ebay if it is worth anything.
