Darrell Field was a terrific help. We didn’t end up purchasing the table he helped us with but he made the entire experience pleasant. He’s by definition what a great sales manager is. Thanks for your time Darrell, you are fantastic!

I shopped this location today to purchase a king size mattress. I was greated by Bill. Bill was amazing! Very personable and no pressure at all while I was looking. He was very knowledgeable! We selected a mattress and found the EXACT same one online at a much lower price. Daryl the floor manager approved to price match. We thought it was a done deal. Well when I went to pay the other floor manager Julie said she would not approve the match. Im sorry but if you tell a customer that you will do something then you need to keep your word. I was not asking for anything out of the ordinary... it was a price match in which they already agreed. I would not recommend shopping here.

Look for John Lloyd if you stop in. He is very courteous and helpful. I didn't feel any pressure like you would at other stores, and he checked up on us regularly to see if we had any questions.

Not the world's biggest selection but what they have to offer is very nice. You get what you pay for here, and you WILL pay here. Staff is super friendly will treat you with every bit of courtesy and kindness you could ask for. You really feel comfortable shopping here.

I was upset with Haverty's over a delivery delay. I received a personal apology from the person who took responsiblity for causing it. The floor manager went over the top to make it up to me. I am so happy with, Brandon, the manager and the wonderful designer, Cynthia, who helped me pick out beautiful custom furniture. I bought my last furniture from Haverty's 10 years ago and it still looks great....I will buy all my future furniture from Haverty's too.
