I am in a wheelchair and we walked in the door and were immediately met by a salesman who said "you got about 3 minutes, what do you want". I asked what he meant and he says Looking at his wrist, "we close in about 2 minutes". The store was full of people. I explained we just needed to get a recliner real quick thinking he was joking. He says rudely "are you paying cash or credit because the office is leaving and we can only take cash ". I have never been treated so rudely. We immediately left. Took me longer to get in and out of the car with my wheelchair than time I spent inside.

Terrible customer service as far as deliveries. They gave me a window from 10-2 to be at home for delivery. Of course they called 2 days before the delivery but didn’t call when on way to the house. There’s a flaw in the system. A simple phone call when in route or an hour in advance would have avoided the whole situation. Missed the delivery guy by 5 minutes and they said they could not come back. Are you serious!? Then they couldn’t deliver for another week. Awful customer service. I figured they would try to make it right for the customer. But they didn’t and we had to cancel our order. Will not be going back to this company for anything. Words of advice for rooms to go- “cater to the customer” Hope this helps deter people from shopping here. Was very upset how they just did not care about the sale. They said oh sorry ok we will cancel your order. They put zero effort into correcting the situation.

I usually don’t write bad reviews, I know everyone has a bad day etc but because Rooms To Go literally just left my house for the THIRD time with the wrong color furniture- a daybed that is half champagne and half charcoal - I am beyond upset right now!! Not only was this a Christmas gift for my child, we now have to wait an additional 1 - 2 weeks between each delivery for it to be “corrected” and seeing this is the THIRD time - I have lost all hope and will tell my husband to cancel the order. Our actual in-store experience was great at Alliance Town Center but COMPLETELY the opposite after that. We spent a lot of money for this new bedroom set and 2 mattresses for it to be screwed up this many times - ridiculous! Shame on you Rooms To Go!

Do not go here!!!!! Spend your money elsewhere!! It has been over a month since we purchased a bedroom set and my husband is literally having to put this humongous canopy bed together himself because their employees refuse to call us back and schedule a time!! The store manager is a joke and so is Tyler, sales associate. The dresser was delivered damaged and we have yet to receive a new one. Go to Ashley! I should have gone there in the first place! I bought an entertainment center from them and they were wonderful!!!!

Went in to buy quite a bit of furniture and were trying to decide between a few stores besides Rooms To Go. We had to go in several times to try and mull over such big purchases and Rooms To Go honestly lost our dedire to give them business because our sales guy was so obnoxious and unrelenting following us around. We couldnt have a private conversation without his eyes glaring into our souls. It was so uncomfortable I had to leave the store. Ive been around sales my whole life. My dad owned a dealership and worked in sales his whole life and Ive learned all the tricks of the trade. Never once did my father glom onto a customer to where they couldnt breathe. Honestly even with some bad reviews of the furniture and our last couch purchase from there literally having its foundation break in half we may still buy mattresses from here if we cant find any elsewhere but guaranteed I will be letting the other salesman who greeted us on another visit handle our sale. He understood that a good salesman will make himself available if needed and to let his customers breathe when they need to speak privately. RTG you need to get on your salesman for being stage 5 clingers, it is off putting as hell ruins a shopping experience. If we didnt ask for you when we walked in theres a reason, back the hell off! Funniest part is he wouldnt leave our side but any question we had he had zero answers for us and couldnt tell us anything about differences in mattresses. I think he couldve cared less to sell us one full of dead rats as long as he got that sale. In fact we had been greeted by another salesman on our last trip in and liked his vibe right off the bat but when the guy from a prior visit noticed us with him I could tell he pulled him aside (because he gave us space and had walked away) basically telling the poor guy to back off but news flash take your own advice! We will be looking for the other guy when and if we come back.
