Selecting our couch style was easy but the great selection of leather material is overwhelming. Made our final selection and received our order a few weeks later as promised. Received email notifications as couch went through the assembly process. Love the look and quality of the leather and workmanship. Extremely happy with our purchase. Initial price may seem high when compare to NFM, Ashley, or Rooms to Go, etc. but the quality of LSC materials and workmanship far exceeds those other places with a product much more durable and comfortable that will last many more years bought two other couches 15 yrs ago and they still look almost new. Not thrilled with the 3rd party delivery fee of $159 cash but they were on time and were very careful with our couch so I guess that's just what delivery goes for today. Great product, good price, excellent shopping experience at the Ft. Worth/Alliance location.
Entering and sitting on the first sofa, I wanted to kick myself for not coming in before we bought. I came in to check out the furniture, and omg this was an awesome experience. The entire experience from initial shopping to the delivery of the furniture was seamless, stress-free, and professional. Communication was great and everyone was friendly and helpful. If you are looking for quality leather furniture THIS is the place to shop! We went to the Fort Worth store and Richard was wonderful to work with. The furniture is made here in the DFW area. Once we were in queue we received emails at every step… cutting the leather, upholstery, QA, etc. Setting up delivery was very easy. Veronica was very accommodating. We had to reschedule a couple of times and it was not an issue. They delivered exactly as expected. The furniture was very well wrapped. The delivery guys got it all set up in 15-20 minutes and cleaned up everything. Everything from meeting Richard initially to actual delivery was how customer service should be. We would purchase from them again in a heartbeat!
Very happy with our new sofa and our total experience. Richard was a great help and such a hoot. From the moment we walked in the door he made us feel welcome. The delivery people were top class and did a great job of getting our sofa to us. We had a slight problem as there was a pinhead hole on one of the arms. They were very fast to come out, remove the arm, take it back to the shop and replace the entire panel on the sofa. They are all great people to work with, love our sofa and would do it all over again. Mrs. John Good
Custom Leather furniture, expensive but once in your home there is no other design and Leather choice like yours.
I purchased a titan sofa about five months ago and I still can not stop bragging to my friends and family about this place. From the first time we stopped in, as we are just looking couple, to five month of ownership, I have no regret. When you are paying for a high quality piece of furniture I want to be treated that way. From the shopping process to the final delivery, customer service exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a new peice of leather furniture, do not hesitate, this is the place to go. 9/29/2020 update: still love my couch, looks the same as it did when they dropped it off. A little maintenance good cleaner and conditioner. Still would recommend. I have referred anyone looking for furniture to these guys
