We needed a car for my mom , we visited Oak Lawn mazda and met Mario there. He was busy with another customer however he still managed to help us. He advised my mom like it was his own mother and explained the leasing process in detail. Explained how we can get a great car and pay less. The customer he had introduced himself to us and assured us that Mario is wonderful and that he and his family bought over 7 cars from him over the years. That assured us even more that he is trustworthy and it is a great deal. We had plenty of fun buying that car we laughed through the whole process. My mom loves the car and deal. That was great and fun experience. Thanks Mario you rule!!!

I needed to buy a new car before holidays, my friend recommended  me to see Mario from Oak Lawn Mazda. He bought car from him in the past and was very happy with the process and purchase. I didn't want to drive that far, but I finally decided to do so. I need to say I'm very happy with that decision. Mario was very polite and he knows a lot about cars, and he explained everything I want to know in a way I was able to understand. I'm very pleased with my purchase and the process. Thank you Mario for your help.

After looking online for a specific car, I found one I liked at Oak Lawn Mazda. I walk in 30 minutes before they closed, not knowing if I was going to be turned away and asked to come in the next day. I was greeted by Leo and he made me feel comfortable right away. I looked at the car and Leo explained the spec after the dealer closed for the night. Leo was professional and very informative on the car, even though it wasn't a Mazda. I came back the next day to test drive and talk numbers. Leo provided me a great deal because I was a first time buyer. After an hour of paperwork, I had keys in hand and out the door. Leo went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable through the whole process, he wasn't trying to push me into buying the car. Leo was very chill and easy to talk to. Overall, my experience was better than I would imagine it would be, buying my first vehicle. I would Recommend them to friends and family.

Closed for remodeling/ construction, mind you they are still open. I walk in wanting information and pricing for a remote starter/ alarm. NO ONE greeted us. Then an African American says Can I help you? I ask for a price range. He says it's $400. I ask, does it include installation? He replied Yes, everything. Awk silence, no sense of welcoming, information, or anything. HORRIBLE SERVICE! I get you have someone at your desk but you can at least acknowledge we are there for information and possibly a service. Mazda needs to check this location and employees. Definitely not coming back to this location.

Luis was the Sales Consultant I needed at this time because 1) it has been over 10 years since I have put myself into the Market to purchase a new Vehicle; and 2) my last car purchase experience was a 1 out of 5! And a low 1 at that. So I came in ‘armored’ to deal with a Sales person who was only interested in “closing-the-deal”. Well I was/am very pleased (and surprised) with my “experience” with Mr Herrera! First, he apologized for my very short wait. Second, after a brief exchange of our respective names, he asked about me - “and how are you this afternoon Mr Moss?” “Thank you for coming in”! What can I do for you?” And, equally important, I felt that he ‘listened’ to EACH of my responses and was not giving me the “scripted sales sweet talk”. That is a skill in the Car Sales Industry. Luis shared with me that he has been at his craft for over 6/7 years! Finally, having been at the store for several hours in the sales process, Luis was very attentive [continuously] when he was waiting on others to answer and/or be freed up to respond to him so that he could then get back to me. The icing on the cake is that I love my new ‘whip’ (car)!!! I will refer my Friends and Colleagues to Luis /Mazda of Oak Park. Thanks, Luis!!!
