All contact with the company was timely and professional. They were contracted to order and install a natural gas wall heater in a finished casita. The job was not straight forward due to the gas supply location and electrical wiring layout, but the company's staff installed the heater efficiently and expertly. All appointments were fulfilled and on-time. Communication and customer service was very good. 

I would use and recommend Hawk Mechanical in the future.

I called Hawk Mechanical's emergency service Sunday evening, regarding a serious plumbing problem in a house I was renting out.  Got voice mail, but no response.  Called them at 8:15 Monday morning, and they promised to send someone out, and would call me.  No one came or called. Tried to call them around noon, didn't even get a voice mail.  Gave up and called someone else, after driving from Santa Fe to Taos and wasting four hours.  never did receive a call back form them.  Not Recommended
