Great experience! I loved the no haggle pricing and got a great deal for my trade in that was 12 years old and a money pit. Had several cars I was looking to test drive and my rep was able to narrow down my choices and  locate the perfect vehicle with everything I wanted and more. It was delivered in a few days and my sales rep (Sharon) even came in on her day off to meet me! Everything was smooth and I highly recommend this Carmax for all your used car purchases. They can't carry everything but if you know what you want, they can find it at one of their locations. If the car is too far away, yes, there is a fee but there are no used car dealers around that can carry every car.

I had an amazing experience trading in my then current vehicle and purchasing a new one at the CarMax in Tinley Park. The low-pressure/haggle-free approach that they promote is the real deal. I never once felt uncomfortable, pressured or like they were just trying to make a sale. The process went very smoothly and I'm definitely glad that I decided to go with CarMax this time around. I worked with John Semik and his patience and kindness was definitely noticed and appreciated!

I bought a car from here and can't complain. I got a great car for a good price. I like the no-haggle, low-pressure structure CarMax offers, plus the wide variety of cars to choose from both in-store and online (free transfers from store-to-store!)

I had the pleasure of working with Craig W.  He put my family and I at ease, and he definitely knew a lot of about cars in general. 

Craig W. is the best. Ask for him personally and you'll be treated right. My car-buying experience was smooth and low-pressure compared to the horror stories I've heard at other dealerships. 

The paperwork and overall process went smoothly. Overall, I can't really complain about my experience. I highly recommend CarMax, and Craig W. in particular.

Didn't buy my car here, but had it worked on after buying it at another CarMax that had a 2 week wait for service. After being initially put off by having to bring my car in for work after just buying it- it was SO awesome dealing with the service department here. They gave me a great loaner, kept me updated on they progress of my vehicle and did great work on my car. Paul was amazing, helpful and so nice to work with. Thank you guys!

What a great place to sell your car. Supper friendly and knowledgeable staff. They really treat you we throughout the process, no matter what car you are selling.
