Our family will definitely shop Hayes Auto for our next vehicle. Since we weren't in a hurry to buy a vehicle, we told Brad what we were looking for and shopped around. Brad found us a minivan that was better than we had imagined. He truly listened to our needs, and searched until he found what he thought would meet both my husband and my requirements in a used vehicle. It's like he knew us better than we did. The customer service was impeccable and with no pressure. We have had our vehicle for 4 months now and still love it! We couldn't be happier. Thank you.

Without a doubt the best car shopping experience I have had. I appreciate their upfront, honest and no pressure sales approach. Buying from a place or person I feel I can trust is as important to me as the vehicle I choose. I will certainly be back for future auto needs.

my wife and I have purchased two vehicles from Hayes auto. We found our experience to be a very positive one. The Hayes auto team is well informed and was able to answer all the questions we had about our purchases. Dylan worked hard to find us what we wanted at the very best price. We have a daughter that will be driving in a year and will definitely be returning to Hayes family Auto for our 3rd vehicle because of our positive experiences.

Hayes Family Auto is the best! Every employee provides the best and friendliest experience. The mechanics had my battery installed in less then ten minutes during a busy day, the auto detailers make any vehicle in any condition look almost new again! Not to mention their Sales team is helpful and cheerful! It's the all around best for each kind of car need!

My son was looking to purchase his 2nd vehicle and wanted to get some financing. (His first car was bought privately). He doesn't have any established credit. He doesn't have bad credit just nothing established. I went with him on Friday October 21 he found the vehicle he has always wanted, put money down on it, drove it, and was told he needed a co signer. He went back the next day with his father's information. Was told he would get an answer Monday. He had talked to the owner of Hayes and was treated very poorly, with no respect and my son was not taken seriously as a customer. I believe he was looked at as some 18 year old kid who wanted to joy ride a pickup truck. (Granted he went alone on Saturday) He was asked if he was serious about purchasing the truck and my son told him yes he was. The owner told him well I have some people who are interested in the truck. My son reassured him he wanted the truck. This is even after my son was smart enough to take it to auto zone and put the computer on it. A whole bunch of codes popped up and my son told him about the issues and was told they wouldn't fix it. Monday morning my son found out that his co signer wasn't approved and that the truck was sold!!!!!! How can a vehicle be sold from closing time Saturday to before the dealership opens on Monday morning? Also especially when a down payment had been made? My son was not given an opportunity to go to his bank for financing or even given a choice in the matter. I believe that my son was discriminated against, not taken seriously and the truck was sold on Saturday afternoon after my son left. I have bought 1 vehicle from Hayes and I believe in buying local and not from the big vehicle lots. But I will never encourage anyone to go to Hayes Auto. They crushed a young man who was just trying to start his life.
