I bought a truck from here. Signed the papers and paid them in cash. After the papers were signed by both myself and the salesman the manager tried to change the written terms of the deal. Um, I'm sorry, it's a signed deal. My part was to pay and your part included fixing a couple problems I had with the truck prior to delivery. Then he proceeded to talk down to the salesman and treat me like I did something wrong. Totally unprofessional. If he had a problem with the completed deal he should have talked to his salesman afterwards and only about future sales. At least I left feeling like I had negotiated well. One last thing: don't let them tell you they don't negotiate on price. That's a fib. I overheard them using that tactic on other customers as well.

When I first came, I was extremely displeased. The customer service was really bad from a certain dealer and it seemed they were not even slightly interested in selling a car. The first day I bought my ford escape, the check engine light came on. I took it back to them and they fixed the ignition coil for free.  I realized they were not necessarily bad, but were not trying to be "salesmen" like other dealerships might. Two days after that was fixed, the check engine light came back on and I was having issues with accelerating. I took it back and they called then next day saying I had compression issues in my cylinder so they had to replace it. I instantly sunk and almost started to cry, but Bob assured me they were covering it because it was something they should have paid more attention to when they got the car. WOW! I have never heard of any dealership take fault for something. Yes, they are not the best with customer relations or the sweetest guys, but they are blunt and honest and care a lot about the work they do. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for honesty and no bullshit in their car dealer.

To start off, I was sold  Monte Carlo SS... and was it a SS? Not at all. No one told me about the blown head gasket, the exhaust leak, bad spark plugs,  bad coils and the CRACKED BUMPER. I was not told any of this and I have spent hundreds of dollars and decided to not get my bumper replaced because I don't have the time or money. I am 17 and this is my first car, hoping they would do there best to give me the best deal.. boy was I wrong. Take a mechanic with you to the lot if you plan on buying a car there.. or just go to a different dealer.. that's your best bet.
