We worked with Theresa on a used car.  She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the features.  When it came to the negotiating process, that's where we began to get frustrated.  We told them our range and they come out over double that saying if you do this one you'll only have to do a 18 month loan.  Given we told them our intended monthly goal, it seemed like they were just showing us that high number so that when they came back lower it'd seem like they were giving us a good deal.  Theresa was super helpful through the whole process, continuing to follow up with the manager on where they were with the price, trying to get us the best deal.  After we settled on a price, the financing process went super smooth too.  He didn't try to sell us any of the extra insurances that many others try to push.  Overall a good experience.  Would go back for future cars.

Aaron (GM) and Matt (Sales) worked very hard to earn my sale.  They both were very upfront and honest about what they could offer as far as discounts, trade value and other considerations.  Both were accessible outside of working hours and ultimately delivered on all agreed upon points during the closing process.  I would not hesitate to purchase again from them and hope that based on the information above others considering would not hesitate either.

Great experience buying a new car here. We worked with Matthew Rectenwald. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure we understood all the features in the car. I have visited quite a few dealerships during this car hunt. I must say that working with Matthew was the best of all my experiences with car dealerships. I would recommend you to ask for and work with Matthew on your next visit to this dealership!!

Best new vehicle purchase ever!  I didn't have to deal with anyone other than my saleswoman and man...Fawn and George were amazing.  Not until it came down to the paperwork being signed did I have to work with finance.  There was no haggling and no issues.  My Nissan is fantastic too!  The staff went out of their way to ensure I was able to make a purchase and walk away happy!

Mike Garrett is one in a million. He goes beyond his calling in finding you the best deal with the least amount of hassle and absolutely no pressure to buy. Some of his best attributes include honesty, integrity, and no game playing. The team at Boucher Nissan is simply outstanding in taking care of their customers from beginning to end. Thanks again Mike, we love our new Rogue!
